On the estate there are several activities, go see the alpacas, horses, access to a private beach, 5 km trail, 2 waterfalls and a cascade etc.

Behind a small grove, the bungalow is discreetly located behind a notary office. with two mini-service centers 1-2 min. walking distance. The little gazebo that dresses the front door gives the impression that a stop time is necessary. A short walk will get you to a small park that encourages you to take a meditative walk. Everything in the bungalow is new, you get a workspace, free parking, an outdoor electrical outlet, smart TV and 5G wifi., desk.

Located in Bécancour, Ste-Angèle-de-Laval sector, this is a newly renovated 4 1/2 apartment, in a house divided into 3 rental units. This apartment sleeps 2–4 people (2 queen beds).
