We had a wonderful stay at this condo in a great neighborhood (Huffman) in Dayton. It is clean, tastefully and simply decorated, and is welcoming. This is a beautifully renovated space with great lighting. The bed was great and the bathroom was super clean, and there were plenty of towels. Because this is a first floor apartment, you can hear footsteps above, but this is to be expected. The host gave great neighborhood and restaurant recommendations. We walked through two historic neighborhoods to 2nd St. Market and enjoyed it very much. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great house to host family. Really lovely indoor space and outdoor space too. Private area and neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery stores. I felt comfortable and safe. Faith was incredibly responsive to any question or message I sent! The cutest thing - a neighborhood cat comes by daily asking for treats that Faith provided and left on the kitchen counter. The cat was super friendly and sweet. I plan to go back to this house when I visit my Ohio family - was great to host our family Easter dinner!

Three of us stayed comfortably for two weeks while horse showing at WEC. The house was exactly as shown in the listing and conveniently located for our needs. We appreciated how clean everything was. There were plenty of fluffy towels provided as well as a great washer and dryer. Mark was super nice and checked on us periodically to make sure everything was going okay. Thank you for making it a great experience!

Our stay was over Easter weekend, we arrived to see family a day early. At the last minute she had the place ready for an extra day stay! Took maybe 30 minutes tops and the place was pristine. They had everything we could need for our stay and more. Elizabeth & Anna were very responsive. Hot tub was perfect, and the backyard was where we spent most of our time while at the home. We were able to cook on the grill with everything they had provided. We were also pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine which I personally enjoyed. Thank you guys for an amazing stay! Hoping to stay here every Easter, couldn’t have asked for a better place for my family weekend.

I stayed here with my two friends and my dog during our time in Dayton working on the touring production of Hamilton. The Oregon District is very cute, with a handful of little stores and drink/food places. The house was great, minus a few minor Wi-Fi issues at the beginning due to a storm outage. Denise was very communicative and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to Dayton.

When you stay at an Airbnb there are always expectations about the space you’re staying in. Jennifer is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. The house is charming and was in a great location for our visits to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and visiting family North of Dayton. The house really felt like home and there wasn’t one thing I felt like I truly needed. I contacted Jennifer a couple of times during our stay and she is responsive and genuinely kind. For our family of five with an Airedale, this was perfect. What a great stay! 10/10 recommend.

We only stayed for 1 evening but I wouldn't hesitate to stay longer. Very nice layout and beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. The neighborhood is walkable and there is a retaurant right on the same block. There is also off street parking for 1 large suv so you could park 2 smaller cars easily.

This is my second time staying here and it did not disappoint! My first time it was a little cold the first night and Varun responded immediately making the place warm. Anytime I had question he was always very polite and responsive. I appreciate his attention to details! My second trip around it was nice and warm! When I couldn’t figure out the tv, Varun responded immediately helping me figure out the issue. He was very patient and kind! I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Christina’s place. We liked the location for exploring Dayton and attending an event at the University. The house had everything we needed for our several-days stay. We had a wonderful trip with a perfect place to stay! The apartment was very cute, clean, comfy and had everything we could possibly need. Carmen went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent even leaving us an anniversary card and gift which was so thoughtful! We will book with her again next time we are in Dayton!

I and a friend were in town for a horse show at the WEC and was only there for the day on Saturday. This place was a great option for us. We just needed a place to sleep before heading home. It was nice a cozy. The street parking was a bit of a challenge found a spot not too far. Great location if you wanted a place downtown. Patty was an excellent host. Thanks Patty!

We evacuated Florida to get away from Hurricane Milton and Fabrice was easy to work with and very understanding when extending our stay several times until we were able to get back to Florida. We were in Dayton for the WGI competition and having a home where we could cook our own food was very valuable. John was a lovely host and gave us plenty of good information about the house and things to do locally in between our daughter's performances. We'll definitely choose this property again next year!

We had a great time staying in Ian’s house, he was very easy to communicate with and if we had any issues he would help us out in anyway he could. We had a problem with our oven and he immediately replaced it with a brand new one which was really nice of him. His house is lovely with lots of space and privacy in a nice garden and porch that I liked to sit outside in the sun. Would highly recommend , and we will return when we can.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.
