This is a great house to host family. Really lovely indoor space and outdoor space too. Private area and neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery stores. I felt comfortable and safe. Faith was incredibly responsive to any question or message I sent! The cutest thing - a neighborhood cat comes by daily asking for treats that Faith provided and left on the kitchen counter. The cat was super friendly and sweet. I plan to go back to this house when I visit my Ohio family - was great to host our family Easter dinner!

This is truly a special place to stay! The setting is so peaceful and quite. The cabin itself is homey, comfortable and every detail has been thought of. The decorating makes you feel so cozy and is thoughtfully done. We loved spending time reading on the screen porch and in the hot tub. We visited Clifton Mill and Yellow Springs while we there and they were not far away. Sarah and her husband are wonderful hosts providing lots of details and everything you need at the cabin. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place! Pics don’t do it justice! It’s spacious and everything is spread out so a family has lots of room! The host was instantly responsive and was very helpful. I had a concern and within an hour he was there to check it out and make everything better. The hot tub was perfect! My kids were able to have their own area downstairs away from the other rooms and make as much noise as they pleased. The dining room w the record player was such a nice touch and a place the adults could hang and listen to some awesome jams! Everything was comfortable and clean. This is a great Air BnB!!!

Our stay was over Easter weekend, we arrived to see family a day early. At the last minute she had the place ready for an extra day stay! Took maybe 30 minutes tops and the place was pristine. They had everything we could need for our stay and more. Elizabeth & Anna were very responsive. Hot tub was perfect, and the backyard was where we spent most of our time while at the home. We were able to cook on the grill with everything they had provided. We were also pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine which I personally enjoyed. Thank you guys for an amazing stay! Hoping to stay here every Easter, couldn’t have asked for a better place for my family weekend.

House was bigger than it appeared. Very clean. Calm, quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home. Great place for teenagers and young adults. They were very entertained and didn’t want to leave. Sauna, hot tub, and massage chair were nice additions. Only downside is that we wish we could have stayed longer.

This home is full of character! Loved the neighborhood as well- beautiful homes with sidewalks throughout which made it enjoyable for walking our dog. Elizabeth was very responsive when I reached out with questions about the front door lock. Plenty of fans upstairs provided good air flow as it did get hot in the bedrooms up there even with the A/C. Would stay again!

Tamara was a great host. The home is beautiful and is kept very clean. Everything is available for cooking, but delivery is fast and convenient too. The instructions were easy to follow and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again if my travels take me to Dayton.

Beautiful well maintained house. My family really enjoyed the amenities this property offered. Big backyard with gas fire pit and television was our favorite place in the house. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and everything was clean. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a Airbnb with a lot of space and bedrooms. Great place from start to finish. Katie was very responsive when we were inquiring about the place. Booking was smooth. The stay itself was nice. Good neighborhood, clean spaces, and all the essentials for cooking, showering and sleeping. It was an odd weekend for weather, and with impending thunderstorms, Katie came down with candles in case the power went out. It was a nice gesture. Luckily we didn’t have to use them, but they were there in case. The neighborhood is nice as well. Within 10 minute drive of plenty of restaurants/groceries/strip malls. Same with some attractions like the Air Force Museum and UD Arena. Overall, I would be comfortable staying again if I needed!

Place was as described and exceeded our expectations! Very clean, comfortable, and the hot tub was absolutely a great bonus for our weekend getaway! Joseph was a phenomenal host and made the whole experience stress free by his organized instructions for check in, check out, etc! We didn't have any problems during our stay but we know Joseph is very responsive and would have seen to any concerns appropriately and promptly! Will recommend and will book again in the future!

Both my spouse and I needed to do work and the apartment was very suitable. The apartment building was quite charming despite the yard needing a but of attention - with spring rains the grass was in need of a mower : )
