Chic Boutique is a lovely home in the heart of Dayton. Close to downtown, University of Dayton and both Miami Valley and Kettering hospitals. Our home is completely renovated and ready for your family to enjoy. We also have a fenced yard and parking in the driveway as well as on the street. You will love the private outdoor space for BBQ's or a cozy night lounging around the firepit. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, and the kitchen table expands to seat 8 people. A spacious private garden level apartment attached to our home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a peaceful creek, windchimes, flowers, large back yard, and many amenities nearby. You will find freshly washed and ironed sheets on a wonderful new mattress to provide you with a wonderful night's rest. Your pet cat or dog are important guests also. Be sure to register them. We will work hard to make them feel special and they shouldn't be forgotten.
