Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

Welcome to our home! We built a private studio apartment for you to enjoy! Just 10 minutes from downtown. This stunning property is surrounded by trees, wildlife & sounds from the FB River. We live in the house upstairs and my in-laws live in the other apartment down below. Although your stay will be private, we are here to help if need be, but respect your space and solitude. Please note- there are NO shared air vents in this space. Unit has it’s own A/C, heat. *We had no damage from Helene*

Close to the breweries, restaurants, entertainment, and minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. 8- 10 minute Uber to downtown. You'll have a private entrance to the lower level of this north Asheville home. 2.9 miles to downtown, 0.4 miles to beautiful Beaver Lake, 1 mile to Grove Park Inn. Several excellent restaurants within 1 mile. You’ll have privacy and quiet, & off street parking.

Stunning location (almost) on the top of the mountain. This endearing and super cozy tiny home allows for a full enjoyment of surrounding beautiful nature, especially the view of mountain ridge. Sunset was fiery and breathtaking. Easy access - even tho a part of the road transitions into gravel, but shortly thereafter turns into pavement again. The Bever Lake 2-mile loop features bird garden sanctuary and certified pollinator wildflower field. 12 minutes drive to downtown Asheville. Accommodations are perfect for a long weekend get away. Mattress is very comfy - I got deep restful sleep!!! Hot water and water pressure were great. Kitchenette allows for making a quick meal at home. However, there are plethora of cute eateries near by. Back patio is lovely to enjoy your morning hot beverage. Or, you could take a stroll on the back yard trail system that the owner has build on his own. If you are visiting with kids playground is located adjacent to the tiny home.

I had a great time at the tree house. It is a perfect and peaceful stay if you’re looking to unplug. The instructions to get there are clear and I was able to find it easy, even at night. I recommend preloading or saving the directions because you will lose service before you get to boxturtle rd.

We had an incredible stay at Lindsay's place! The house was in such a beautiful location and was a lovely space for two. We loved coming back from a day out to have dinner on the porch and look at the surrounding trees and nearby river. Lindsay was also a great host and very responsive. There were so many thoughtful touches in the space, such as extra toiletries and a basket of snacks for hiking. During our stay there were some landscaping crews who were doing hurricane restoration in the area, but we only noticed extra noise when outside during the day - indoors and in the evening were very peaceful. Fairview is a lovely town and the house is not far from Asheville, both of which have great food and other activities. However, many of the trails around Lake Lure and Black Mountain are still closed due to damage from Hurricane Helene, so we drove about an hour to Pisgah National Forest and the Blue Ridge Parkway to hike.

Nigel’s place was exactly what I needed; a safe, quiet place to sleep with a fridge, microwave and an amazing shower head! He helped me with a recommendation on downtown parking that helped a lot! He stopped by one evening just to say hello and make sure everything was good, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone traveling solo who needs a place to rest without worries.
