Monthly Rentals in Beaver Kill

Our two families stayed in this house together and had a very happy few days. The house was cozy, and I especially loved the large glass door by the bed. The living room offered a great view of the open town below, which was also wonderful. We enjoyed grilling meat on the terrace and lighting a bonfire outside, making great memories. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing. I believe each of the four seasons would have its own charm. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I stayed in this apartment for 3 months in the summer of ‘23. I had a great time, I loved the town, and the apartment is very cozy and comfortable. Perfect for bachelors or a couple. James is a very responsive and helpful host, who went out of his way to assist me and ensure I had the most enjoyable time. Would love to stay here again! Highly recommend it.

Katie is an excellent host with great local tips in her local guide. House is perfect size for a small group and kitchen is well stocked. We had a great stay and enjoyed relaxing in the woods!

Absolutely gorgeous stay with daily deer sightings. This place is a great find. Super comfy beds and room for all. We stayed for an entire month and have zero complaints. The entire stay was wonderful!
