Enjoy the vacation rental, its cozy courtyard and our heated swimming pool located in our garden, with access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. We can also enjoy it (4 people max), but in your absence, or according to convenience. This is the wing of our house in the heart of the village of Plouër-sur-Rance. Plouër-sur-Rance is a commune in the Côtes d'Armor department, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Dinan. You can also visit Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Fort-la-Latte, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Lancieux, and Saint-Cast. Plouër is located on the banks of the Rance River with a beach and a port. Plouër is a great place to live, with its friendly Sunday morning market at the foot of the church.

Pool heated YEAR-ROUND to 28°C, equipped with a bench. Located 10 minutes from Dinan and 30 minutes from St-Malo and Dinard. Complete equipment: Wi-Fi, large 140 cm TV, all necessary appliances. Cozy and independent wellness studio with private sauna and free access to the shared heated swimming pool (mid-April to early October). Enjoy a video projector for a cozy movie experience with integrated Netflix. The studio is on my property. Quiet, private covered terrace. Enclosed parking with electric gate. Ideally located between Dinan, Dinard and St Malo for a romantic getaway on the Côte d'Émeraude. Garden shared with Nuts, our Australian Shepherd.

Treat yourself to a relaxing break between Saint-Malo and Dinard, just 30 km from Cap Fréhel. Come and enjoy the marine landscapes and their benefits in a house designed for rest and well-being. A sauna is accessible all year round and a private heated swimming pool, equipped with a telescopic cover, is available from April to September. IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and controlled.
