Beautifully laid out flat next to the sea. Perfect spot between Saint Malo’s old town and the more locally frequented Saint Servan. Large open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area.

The apartment is as described. It is quiet, clean and nice. Its backyard is very convenient for parking the car (narrow street in front!)

We had a wonderful stay and loved the apartment, especially the generous space, the excellent and well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom had a good shower and the beds were very comfortable. Great location and we would love to stay again.

We had a great time at Frédérick's place. Everything was perfect, the location, the facilities, the kindness of our host. Everything was provided, even the "Toutou Bar". We'll be back without hesitating.

Nice functional apartment, clean and very well equipped . The house overlooks the parking lot of the Leclerc supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping but do not expect to make the morning because delivery trucks pass under the windows from 7am.

I really enjoyed Noël's apartment, it is very nice, good location, land and sea entrance, close to RN12 and at the same time peaceful. Very well-equipped, bright. Noël is accommodating and very friendly. Great for a stay for 2 or alone to discover the bay. I recommend it without hesitating.

Clean and well arranged accommodation. Very well equipped and spacious. Location close to the center, you can do anything on foot. Small downside on sound insulation. We had a great weekend.

The accommodation is superb, as described, very clean and tastefully decorated. The owners are extremely responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal: close to everything, whether to visit, eat or get around.

This is the second time we've been to Dinard in the same place. We really enjoyed last year and this year it was the same. The apartment is very well located close to restaurants, shops, market and the beach. Recommended.

This is the second year we have stayed at François's, it is a real pleasure to come back, the accommodation is functional, very comfortable, good location in the district of St Servan where everything can be reached on foot, within the city walls and easily accessible on foot as well. Private parking space, a significant plus. François is a very welcoming host, he listens to his tenants and is responsive if needed. We sincerely hope to return next year.

We had a lovely stay at Celine and Philippe's. The accommodation is well located, there is even the possibility of walking to visit famous places in St Malo (Tour Solidor, Cité d 'Alet ...) The decor of the accommodation is great, the SPA/sauna are very appreciated! The communication with Celine and Philippe was very nice, they were responsive and available. We'll most likely spend a few days there again!

Perfectly clean accommodation, check-in from 3pm is perfect to enjoy the lit veranda and/or be able to prepare your small surprise decor if needed🥰. In the evening it's even nicer and nicer. It's very well arranged and decorated. Very quiet. Small Bluetooth speaker, candles and shower products are also available. Host is responsive and gives all the necessary information for the stay. Clean and suitable accommodation for our family of 5. Very quiet area, close to the beach on foot. 45 minutes from Mont St Michel. Presence of a 5 seater hot tub on a covered and gated terrace, well heated accommodation and possibility to make a flare in the fireplace in the evening. We didn't miss a thing . I would recommend it in a second.

Our stay at Alex's apartment was lovely. Comfortable, well-appointed accommodation. The little extra touch with the spa area is great. The hike recommended by Alex to reach the port of Légue is very nice to do. Everything went well and we'll come back one day if we're in the area...

Sandra is a very welcoming and warm person who didn't hesitate to pick us up when our car broke down!The house and its garden are beautiful. We would recommend it in a second.

Stéphane was a super welcoming and attentive host. He recommended activities to us for our stay. Breakfast and the meal tray (requested at the last moment) were excellent. The price paid for the accommodation as well as the services offered by Stéphane is very good, hard to find better elsewhere :)

Spacious, clean or everything is at our disposal. The garden with the hot tub is a real plus and what about the view of the English Channel? Amazing! In addition, Chantal is welcoming, responsive and attentive to her guests. We recommend and most importantly we will come back!
