El Cense du Bergie

Welcome to our cottage in El Cense du Bergie. You will stay in a rural cottage, completely renovated and located in the heart of the countryside, on the corner of a 400 ha wood, in a working farm. This gîte for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed; gîte decorated with 60 m2 of frescoes; all comforts, 80 m2 living space with a terrace of 20 m2, all on the ground floor (living room, kitchen, Italian shower and 1 bedroom accessible to PRM). A sofa bed can accommodate a 5th person.

The Kingfisher's Cabin

Nestled in the middle of nature on the edge of a large pond, our charming cabin on stilts offers you a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy the nature that reigns around our little piece of heaven, located a few steps from the village of Horrues... Visit nearby Pairi Daiza Park (18 min), explore our beautiful countryside on foot or by bike, admire the castles of the surrounding villages. And, nature lovers, don't hesitate to scan the horizon, you could see beautiful birds!

Cozy and modern duplex – "Life is good".

Our modern-style duplex has just been fully renovated and is fully equipped. Located in the city center, it remains a relatively quiet place at the back of the building ("créaflors" store - backyard). Our 70 m² accommodation is organized on 2 levels with all the necessary equipment: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with reading area, bathroom with bathtub and shower. It is conveniently located in the center of Couvin with free parking next door.

Tiny House in the countryside "Tiny du Bocage"

Escape to the countryside in this comfortable studio, ideally located 15 minutes from Maubeuge and 20 minutes from Val Joly, just 300 meters from the greenway. Enjoy a quiet and green setting, perfect for relaxing while staying close to amenities. Private parking right next to the accommodation. Fully self-contained studio, with linens (sheets, towels) and hygiene products provided. When you arrive, everything is ready: all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy!

Private terrace (barbecue), access to a recreational area (swings, sun loungers, our animals: donkey, goat, sheep). Departure of hiking and mountain biking trails at the foot of the house.

Le gîte est une ancienne étable du 19ème siècle aménagée pour le calme, la convivialité, le contact avec la nature et le confort. Cette maison de vacances est prévue pour 4 à 5 personnes avec terrasse en pavé, jardin, meubles de jardin et parking privatif, ainsi qu'un abri couvert pour poussettes et vélos. Bien qu'amis des ANIMAUX, nous ne les autorisons PAS à l'intérieur du gîte. Nous souhaitons également que ce gîte reste un espace NON-FUMEUR.

Around the pond, you can watch, quietly seated by the water, dragonflies, kingfishers, water chickens... If the weather is not great, our cottage will be the perfect place to rest in peace in a cozy and soothing cocoon

Want to enjoy the calm of a small village in the countryside? Come and enjoy a charming modern house to rest and work. This house is occupied when it is not available. Therefore, you have all the comfort and equipment necessary to enjoy a great stay. Of course, my belongings are there. Close to France, Ragnies, Charleroi or Mons. 1 hour from Brussels. Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.
