In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

You can enjoy the terrace by the river Hyrôme, go for a boat ride. Easy access to many hiking trails in the heart of the vineyard. Close to many of the sights; cellar visits. Pets allowed.

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet.
