Staying here was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, host Sarah's warmth and hospitality made us feel instantly at home. The apartment itself is a haven—nestled by the shimmering lake, floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of the water and surrounding mountains, flooding the space with natural light. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and we're extremely grateful. It’s hard to put into words just how special Florence and Heiner are. At first glance, you’ll be taken in by the breathtaking beauty of their home—the views, the garden, the immaculate cleanliness, and the delicious breakfast all speak for themselves. But what truly makes this place unforgettable is the heart and warmth of the couple who welcome you in. This was our second visit, and I already find myself hoping for a third. Florence and Heiner are among the kindest, most thoughtful people we’ve ever met. Florence even went out of her way to help us get to and from the bus stop, fitting it gently into her own schedule—a generous gesture that meant the world to us. While that kind of help can’t always be expected, her warmth and willingness to support us made our trip flow so smoothly. She also has a treasure trove of brochures and local guides for exploring every corner of Switzerland—ask for advice. And please, give Mordrid and Marilyn pats. They’re so sweet and we’ll miss them.

Beautifully relaxing place to stay with gorgeous mountain views. The entire place was immaculately clean with lots of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom to make you feel right at home. Just steps from a bus stop to get into Interlaken. We felt welcomed in this space and got very restful sleep. The space is bigger than expected and the balcony is too. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Anna and Peter’s place did not disappoint. It had all the amenities and hat we were looking for and more. They had umbrellas and slippers just incase you needed them. I’m mentioning them bc it’s all about the details. Anna checked in on us to make sure we got settled in. The view is spectacular especially from the patio area. The bus ride was only 15-20 mins away from Interlaken West. We traveled with our girls ages 6 and 14 and didn’t find it overwhelming at all to find their home. I’ll recommend their home who’s traveling and want a local feel. I highly recommend their place. If ask my girls the playground with a full basketball court and a massive trampoline were their favorite part. The cows and bunnies also made the little one excited to see. We were there for 5 nights and 6 days and we experienced all four seasons. It rained one day and snowed 6-8 inches. The snow lasted one day and then it warmed up. But we’re so grateful that we experienced it.

Thank you Mohammad, for hosting me and my family. It was truly a decent and well equipped place to stay. I been travelling for the past 1 week staying in different Airbnb from London to Paris and now Switzerland, I can say that it’s was best Airbnb accommodation thus far. It was beginning of summer during my stay, weather was chilly and the heaters are off by default - Mohammad has gotten the building management to turn it on for me immediately the next day (I checked in pretty late and texted him the night before). In short, the place and host is highly recommended. Love it and I hope to be able to return again some day ❤️

My husband, granddaughter and I stayed for 3 nights. We all wish it had been longer. We loved it! Great things to note are: Amazing shower pressure, and it immediately warms up. A really good-sized fridge with a freezer, so you can bring home ice cream from the nearby COOP grocery store. Lovely dishwasher, espresso maker, and drip coffee maker. Fully stocked kitchen. Convenient washing machine in the huge bathroom. I think the bathroom was my favorite bathroom of any Airbnb I've stayed at. Views views views! A super fun activity was taking the Niesen Funicular (Niesenbahn) up to the tippy top of the nearby mountain peak. It was only a few minutes from Martin's chalet. We could watch the funicular go up and down the mountain from one of the enclosed porches. When you get to the very top, there is a 360 degree vista, plus a restaurant with plenty of choices for the whole family. I highly recommend Martin's chalet and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely loved our stay here in the Swiss mountains. Could not ask for a more beautiful setting. While the road to the home is a touch narrow, the google maps directions took us directly there. I would recommend trying to get there in the daytime if possible, both for the views and the first time navigating the road. Once inside everything was pristine and perfectly decorated. The beds were comfortable and the space inviting with more than enough room for our family of 5 with older kids. Alexander was a kind and accommodating host with excellent communication and gave us some great recommendations on visiting Stockhorn (absolutely beautiful). If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay with Alexander.
