Dead Mule Ranch

Cabin borders Tonto National forest which adds to the privacy and seclusion. The large stone fireplace along with propane heat keep the cabin warm and cozy. The spacious upstairs loft features one queen size and one full size bed. Kids love the separate bunk house out back which has 2 single beds. Renters can relax around the table on the covered porch which has plenty of room to enjoy an outside meal.There is also an outdoor fireplace. A year round spring attracts wildlife of all types.

Relaxing log cabin that backs up to the Tonto National Forest. Recently remodeled with tile floors and updated kitchen. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Walk out your back gate to the Tonto national Forest and go hiking. Pick up fossils and agate or dig for crystals at diamond point. There is parking for four so no need to worry about your trailer or off road vehicles. We have a gated parking area. There are off road trails right from our street.

Beautiful Hiking trails all around! 10 minutes to town, restaurants, and parks. Close to Tonto Natural Bridge, East Verde River, the Mogollon Rim, and Water Wheel campground! Friendly dog on premises. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families, with kids, are all welcome! Please no pets, no smoking.

Applecross Cottage at Tonto Creek~Fish, Hike, Spa!

Beautiful chalet cabin in the Tonto National Forest! Tonto Creek is right across the lane, and as of March 2025, trout are being stocked numerous times a week and will continue til late September! See map in pics to show you where, although the fish always swim down creek. At the cabin, to maximize the views, the main house with master and ensuite is upstairs. Downstairs, via a spiral staircase, is the other bedrooms with full bathroom.

Location, Location, Location! Beautiful cabin retreat overlooking the East Verde River. At the base of the Mogollon Rim in Rim Trail. Surrounded by tall pines and the Tonto National Forest. Endless hiking on the nearby Highline or Arizona Trails. Abundant quad/side-by-side and mountain bike trails. Fishing a few feet from the property. Knotty pine interior, pine cabinets, fir wood flooring, large sleeping loft and fully fenced.

1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park. There MAY be a FIRE BAN when you are interested in coming. I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place.

2L Bar Bunkhouse

Rustic cabin on the edge of Tonto National Forest, just northwest of Tonto Village. Step out the back door into the woods for hiking, wildlife, and peaceful seclusion. Sleeps 4 comfortably (1 queen, 2 twins) with an air mattress available for up to 6. Located in Area 22 hunting unit. Perfect for unplugging, exploring, or relaxing under the stars.
