Dooneen House - a tranquil, waterfront escape

SusieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Perfect last leg on our first trip to Ireland. Loved this home tucked away in a private, natural setting. Fergus & Kay’a home is stunning (design and decor/art), practical, and comfortable. This was our favorite home away from home for this trip. It’s perfect for nature lovers—even when inside you feel connected to nature at every turn.

The Boir Rua Burren Getaway

AlixRating, 5 stars1 day ago
A very nice, quiet, highly recommendable place. A perfect location for day trips in all directions, e.g. Galway, Cliffs of Moher, Hills of Connemara or for hikes close by in the Burren. The landlords take very well care of you. Everything is available, including a private veranda and a parking spot for the car. Thank you, Karen, for having us! The scones you made for us were delicious 😋

The Beekeepers: A secret Burren hideaway

GenaroRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We spent six night's at The Beekeepers and were struck by the peaceful and beautiful home and garden. We made our meals in the well stocked and charming kitchen and were so grateful for the gifts of food left for us - thank you. Loved the view of the busy bird feeder outside the kitchen window. The record player was fun and the piano was a real pleasure to play. There are many fragrant flowers in the garden and birds and animals call this home as well. There is plenty of space to spread out in the comfortable living room or the sunny dining room or on the beautiful west facing terrace where we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and birdwatching. The laundry and dishwasher facilities are so handy and there is plenty parking. The location to the town, sightseeing, hikes, swimming, beaches, the caves, farmer's markets...the list is very long, is excellent. In short this was a perfect stay and we could have stayed a month here happily! Thank you so much Daithí and team!
