We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gerti's apartment! From the moment we arrived, Gerti was incredibly helpful and hospitable, making us feel right at home. He was always available for any questions we had, and his quick communication made the entire process seamless. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The kitchen was a dream! It had all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing us to prepare meals easily and comfortably. The location of the apartment is simply amazing. We were close to various attractions and local amenities, making it easy to explore the area. After a day of adventures, we loved returning to the apartment, where the beds and mattresses provided exceptional comfort. We had some of the best nights' sleep we've had in ages! If you're looking for a cozy, well-equipped place with a fantastic host, look no further! Thank you, Gerti, for making our stay so memorable!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche in diesem Haus. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön und war auch sehr praktisch für uns als Familie da der Strand direkt vor der Haustür ist. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und war weitgehend sauber. Empfehlen wir definitiv weiter!

Redi's Beachfront Studio, full Terrace View

Hadde en fantastisk opplevelse fra start til slutt, takket være gjestfriheten og all informasjon jeg fikk av Redi og mammaen hennes som gjorde oppholdet mitt til en utrolig hyggelig 5 dagers ferie. Flyet mitt landet sent på kvelden og de møtte opp kl 02:00 som to solstråler og ønsket meg velkommen for å overlevere nøkler til leiligheten. Fikk mange gode tips om hva jeg kunne finne på i Durres og det var bare å sende melding hvis det var noe jeg lurte på, og det gjorde jeg. Fikk alltid raskt svar tilbake. Rommet var skinnende rent og holdt absolutt den standarden som beskrevet. den enorme takterrassen var gull verdt og den hadde du helt alene. Alt i alt så skal jeg tilbake til Durres Beach og det blir selvsagt tilbake til leiligheten til Redi da servicen var fantastisk bra. Tusen takk for et supert oppholdet. Vi sees igjen😊 Mvh Michael

Was an absolute pleasure of a stay. In short: -Is exactly like the photos -Xhoana is super responsive -Less than 5 minute walk from the beach -Beyond accomodating (Xhoana was happy to fulfill my request of a larger burner in order to book the unit) -Offered my mother a neighbouring unit when she came to visit, making the trip that much more lovely All in all, fantastic hospitality and in a great area at that, couldn't recommend more 🙏🏽

We were travelling from Tirana airport, the owner was cool, replying pretty fast on massages, the apartment was MEGA cool, clean, cozy. Bad thing is wild dog which always tried to bite my sister and a bit noise road near, and could be problem with parking but it's literally only minuses. Apartment is close to beach and markets, and 15 min from city center by car. I totally recommend it for new clients !

A fantastic experience! The Airbnb is located in the city center, the conditions are excellent, exactly as shown in the photos, and the space is comfortable and clean. The hosts are very kind and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend it!

Ermir was a great host. His place is perfect with the best view in town and beautiful beaches just across the street. The area is walkable and has a lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby. There is a Spar grocery store about a five minute walk. Communication was always great. Would recommend!

First time visiting Albania and the apartment was everything we needed and more, a great location right on the beach, on the 5th floor so guaranteed wonderful sea views too, fab communication from host and Spiranca restaurant next door serves up lovely seafood dishes, we hired a car for 5 days to explore other places, Kruje, Berat, Himare, cape of rodon, Golem, really enjoyed, the people of Albania were very friendly, helpful and courteous, we had a great time, thank you Grei.

We had a wonderful stay there. The apartment was very clean and modern, and it only took about five minutes to walk to the beach. Communication with Landi was excellent—he was always reachable and responded very quickly. He was also extremely hospitable and even picked us up from our Airbnb to take us to a traditional Albanian restaurant, as we didn’t have a car. We can definitely recommend this place!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in der Villa Esmi! Ich habe meinen Geburtstag in der Villa Esmi von Micaela gefeiert und es war einfach sensationell! Die Villa war super sauber und alle unsere Wünsche wurden uns von den Augen abgelesen. Die Dekoration, der DJ und der Privatkoch – alles war perfekt organisiert. Auch der Transfer und die Aktivitäten wurden hervorragend koordiniert. Besonders beeindruckend war die Nachspeisenüberraschung zum Abendessen, die einfach genial war. Ein riesiges DANKE an die liebe Micaela für diesen grenzenlos genialen Aufenthalt zu meinem Geburtstag. Ich kann die Villa Esmi jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen besonderen Anlass feiern möchte. Hier wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt und man fühlt sich rundum wohl und verwöhnt.
