Vacation rentals with a pool in Beach Haven

Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!

I had a wonderful birthday getaway with my friends at this beautiful Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The host was amazing—so friendly and incredibly responsive. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape!

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

Super happy with our choice to stay at Julianna’s! Easy to get in and out of and exactly as described! Perfect location just off the boardwalk to you have easy access to everything the area has to offer but just far enough away to get the peace and quiet in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

After vacationing in Stone Harbor, NJ for over 55+ summers, we decided to try something different. My two teenage children and I are glad we did. This condo was new and modern. It offered everything we were looking for and more. Excellent location right in the middle between the beach/boardwalk in one direction and downtown shopping/restaurants in the other direction. Plenty to do, which was especially helpful when the weather wasn't good for going to the beach. Owners/realtors were very proactive and responsive to our wants and needs. We are looking to start a new family tradition in Ocean City, NJ.

The space was beautifully decorated, clean, private, and spacious. Even though it's a studio, there is a lot of open space. The walk-in closet was beautiful and there is a ton of space to hang clothes or put into drawers. You can also store your luggage in there. The kitchen and bathroom are off to the side so they don't feel like they are part of your living space. The backyard is wonderful. It backs onto a natural area and the birding is fabulous. Nearby is JFK Park which is a great place to watch the sunset or the night sky. The whole vibe of this AirBnB is very relaxed. If you have time, Bill is an interesting person to talk to. He has lived an interesting life and is always planning new adventures. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Catherine is a wonderful host. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our family stay was comfortable, fun and memorable. She had several gifts for our kids and many many snacks, the kids absolutely LOVED it!! Highly responsive, friendly and provided great recommendations for things to do / where to eat in the area. The house is gorgeous, perfectly clean and equipped with everything a family needs!! Thank you Catherine for a fantastic stay and we can’t wait to visit again soon!

We had a great weekend at this condo! Spacious bedroom, quiet complex, clean throughout, washer/dryer in unit was a huge plus, and great location just a short walk to both the pool and the beach. Nick was very kind and prompt with communication prior to and during our stay. Thank you!

Everything was great. Check-in and checkout were easy. Room had all the amenities you need and was easy walking distant to most places. I had a couple questions checking in and Kendall responded within seconds. When you've got all this stuff going on and don't really know where you are, that was super helpful.
