Vacation rentals with beach access in Beach Haven

My 3 friends and I stayed at Harsh's Airbnb and we loved it. The check-in process was seamless. Everything went smooth during our stay, however, if there are any problems, the hosts are just a phone call or text away and they'll respond immediately. It is on the main road but we also had our privacy. I think noise is a given anywhere especially at a beach/touristy area. Didn't bother us. Everything was walkable distance for the most part, especially the beach. It was a 2 minute walk! The rooms were spacious and so were the bathrooms. The living room was cozy! Everything was neat and clean and it smelled refreshing when we entered the Airbnb. Will definitely be back!

Sue is an amazing host! We had a wonderful time at her place over Memorial Day weekend. We had 3 adults and 2 dogs and it fit our needs perfectly. Having a fenced in yard for the dogs was a must! The apartment is steps from the beach and the bay—and walking distance to the amazing Brigantine market on Saturdays. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Place was great! Street parking was sparse even though we had passes. When we got back Saturday afternoon around 430 there was no parking. I actually had to park at the end of the street closest to the boardwalk where the x’d out yellow box is and thankfully got no ticket. The street is only wide enough for one car so if someone is coming out when you’re pulling in there is no place to go and someone needs to back all the way up until someone parks and can let the other person by. Overall it was a nice place. Not much to do in AC unless you gamble and eat but we spent the day in wildwood to kill time until our dinner at Hell’s Kitchen in caesers casino.

Laura was a great host! Our room was cozy and clean and fully equipped everything we needed to have a great weekend at the beach, like beach chairs and an umbrella as well as 2 beach passes. This was my first time renting an Airbnb and Laura made it such an easy experience I highly recommend booking her spaces!

He was great with communication. very easy instructions and sent a few times just in case The only con was only one tv in the apartment none any any of the bedrooms

Mary's place is a great, no-frills spot to stay on the north side of LBI. Awesome location in a beautiful setting. The studio is basic but cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Martha’s charming Oceanside rental. The apartment was very clean and the grounds were meticulously groomed. Enjoyed coffee on our porch and drinks on the patio in the backyard. Walkable to the beach - wonderful! Close to great restaurants and shops. We would definitely rent again!

Great host and really beautiful place. We were off-season so did not take advantage of water play but house had all the toys for kids and adults to use.

We had a blast at George's place. Very well located, peaceful, 2 min walk to the beach. The apartment is safe, clean and accessible and matches the photos. George was super responsive and flexible. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you again George 🙏🏾

This house and vacation exceeded all of our expectations. We have been renting in LBI for the past 23 years and this by far was the most fantastic house. Marcee is a wonderful hostess! She and John are friendly, thoughtful, helpful. The house was immaculate and had everything a renter could ask for. We watched beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and fireworks from the rooftop deck, had wonderful dinners in the backyard under the pergola, and sat by the firepit. A block from the beach and on a bay block, location was fantastic. We made wonderful memories riding bikes, kayaking, and rested so comfortably in the home. We look forward to many more vacations at this beautiful property.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. The fact that we were a block and a half walk away from a beautiful and quiet beach was wonderful. But what sealed it was that Ted had every beach amenity we needed—chairs, towels, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards. It made the trip so easy. Ted was so welcoming and responsive. The location is on a busy road which you can hear from the porch but it didn’t seem to bother my family. It was a great place and kitchen and bathrooms plus outdoor shower were all a hit. Thank you!

We had a wedding at Hotel LBI and stayed here for the weekend. The location was great! A quick walk and we were there. Also a quick walk to the beach and they supply the beach badges. The house was super clean and well stocked. Mike and Danielle supply everything you could possibly need. All the beds were made as they supply all the towels and linens. So happy I didn't need to pack my own. The hosts were informative and quick to respond. We will most definitely be back!!

Adrianna's home was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed a great girls' weekend there cooking, chatting, and using it as a home base to explore. Great outdoor seating areas and even some wild life sightings.

Steven’s home was just as pictured and described. He was extremely responsive and even told me he was available 24/7. I would highly recommend staying at Steven’s home if you are visiting LBI!

Andrew is a Fabulous Host! He has thought of things beyond what someone may need. His home is well Loved and cared for. We had an Amazing,peaceful,refreshing and very comfortable stay here. you could not ask for a more friendly, walkable neighborhood and just steps away from a very beautiful beach. Take a drive up Ocean St , till the end of the road. There is a very interesting spot to smell the fresh ocean breeze and just sit and relax 😍. Andrew's home is a true Gem!

We had a great stay at Karen's place. The Condo is nice, clean, stocked and ready for guests. Karen was more than accommodating, friendly and responsive. Feel like we found a hidden gem in Brigantine and Karen's place. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

Great experience the house, the location, the locals, the proximity to AC. The house is very nice and organized. It was clean and very welcoming. Loved the coffee bar. So nice to come in late and have a cup of joe (almost) ready in the morning was priceless. I would definitely come back.

My stay was great. Marybeth place was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking was plenty and is always available on the street. She was very nice, responsive and considerate. I would stay there again.
