Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

It was great. Bhumika even made arrangements for me to be able to check in because I was late in arriving on my first day. The room was clean, comfortable, right next to the bathroom (also squeaky clean and very comfortable). This was a nice, respectful and friendly family home, and there was little to no noise. It was easy to find and I enjoyed the fact it was super close to the bus stop on Dashwood Road.

A spacious garden area features well-maintained green grass surrounded by colorful flowerbeds. Various plants and flowers, including lilies and other perennials, provide a vibrant backdrop. A small pond can be seen in the left section, and a mature tree stands prominently in the center.

My partner and had a lovely stay with Farah. The room is attached to the house but it has it's own entrance, and was very quiet and peaceful! A great stopover place for us!!
