Had a great stay. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Caitlin was always available to answer questions. There were also some thoughtful touches such as a selection of teas and bathroom items. Highly recommended!

This little nugget in The Patch was great. There many varying sizes of acom on site and The Garden Suite was perfect for 2 people. A spa and fireplace set the mood. The kitchen is basic so be prepared to eat out which is no issue as there are many restaurants around. We even ordered an in house massage which was a perfect Sunday starter. I would certainly return here for a quiet weekend away.

We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with essential cookware and basic seasonings, making meal prep effortless. The space is thoughtfully designed - minimalist yet cozy, with every functional detail considered. The host provided prompt responses throughout our stay. Highly recommended as an ideal base for small families seeking a comfortable short-term retreat!

Leora's retreat is in a fabulous location, walking distance to the shops, the river, cafes and the pub. It was immaculate and we loved that we had some beautiful surprises in the fridge and the pantry. It was easy to find with great instructions. We would thoroughly recommend staying at Leora's.

Kaikai is a great host. Always responsive within 10mins. The place was very beautiful, has a beautiful city view. The place was clean. We will come back to stay there again.

The unit is super close to the train station and to the trams. 2 blocks away is Brunswick Baths, highly recommend. The unit was peaceful, minimal noises/sounds, clean. The ambiance was great, indoor plants and outdoor plants on the balcony made the place feel super inviting. Another 2 blocks there is a shopping centre with all the shops. Lots of restaurants around. Will come again.

Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

What a beautiful air BnB! The location was amazing, watched the most unreal sunset from the garden. Anne was so responsive and hospitable, always willing to chat and help us out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air BnB spotless. Can’t recommend this place enough!

From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment itself was stylish, cozy, and fully equipped with all the essentials (and more!), making it feel like a home away from home. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for exploring while still being able to unwind at the end of the day. What really stood out was their communication; they were incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive to our needs, which made the whole experience even better. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Melbourne. A definite must-return!

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.
