We are satisfied with our stay! Seval sent us all the instructions how to get to the apartment and about our stay. The apartment was clean, prepared with all necessary things to make us feel like at home. The apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood and there's a public transport 5 minutes walking from the place. It takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by bus or tram. Also, you can find many shops, grocery stores and cafes around.

The flat was super as expected, Aykut is a nice guy easy to comunicate with him. The location is good as well. I had a nice stay with my family there. Recomended to others.

I stayed there for 1 month, and everything was good, I'm satisfied. there are a lot of shops and restaurants outside so you can go and explore, it's close to the transportation, there is Atakoy/Sirinevler metro station, and" Şirinevler Metrobus (a line between beylikduzu which is the western in Istanbul, and sougtlucesme which is the eastern one in the Asian side) also there is minibus near to the room. the property is a room and kitchen(inside the room) and a bathroom, it's like a studio apartment, and I think it's better for a single person than couples, the only thing is there is a tube in the ceiling added for the combi boiler but it was ok for me, also there is a sub-door for the room, and main door, when you enter from the main door there is two doors, one for another room and one for your room. you can find almost everything that you need regarding kitchen tools, bathroom ... etc. the only thing that I can say wasn't that good is the bed, it was a sofa bed. recommended.

Thank you, Mr.Erdogan, for a great stay! The house was spotless, and your thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia & Sultanahmet mosque. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby.

Ahmet has an excellent property for staying in a good location, all the taxi, bus and metro stations are just a minute away from the area, and there are many bazaars, local shops and supermarkets He has a fabulous hospitality and is always responsible and friendly Thanks, and hope to be in Istanbul and stay there again

I stayed here for my entire trip in Istanbul with Tarik he is such a nice and polite person before checking in to the accommodation he will provide you with all the information that you need to know and that helps a lot. The house is near the bus station and Tram which I use every day and so convenient only a few minutes you will get to a couple of small shops and restaurants. I am here as a solo traveler but never feel unsafe staying here since the neighbor and the host. have been a couple of times that Tarik brought me a Turkish delight and Simit and I do appreciate it that's why I decided to extend my stay here for more nights in Istanbul ❤️🙏🏽

We didn't come to Istanbul to visit but sitting on that breathtaking terrasse allowed us to take it all in anyways. Akif says the place is smelly out of consideration for sensitive people, but it really isn't. Because the flat is placed above a market, there are odors in the hallway of the building. But once in the apartment, no sound or smell disturbs your stay. The lads were super warm and welcoming, very responsive and caring. The most helpful hosts I've had on this platform so far. I definitely more than recommend the stay and am looking forward to returning to Istanbul for a visit.

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. Wonderful apartment, and even better the owner of the apartment. I was in touch all the time. The apartment is very large, cozy and most importantly, clean. The kitchen has all the accessories for cooking. The center is 50 minutes away by public transport. There are many shops nearby, a 10-minute walk to the metro station. We had some issues with the departure, the host compromised for us. We are very grateful to him for this! We recommend to everyone.

I've stayed at this house about 10 times! Very safe, most importantly! The host is always available! The location is just great!

Great location, close to local amnesties. Gym was a little disappointing since the equipment were less, but the pool, sauna and steam room makes up for it. I had an issue with the AC first night and the host got it fixed the next day. He was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.
