Tam anlamıyla her açıdan mükemmel bir evdi. Özlem hanım ve eşi gerçekten çok ilgili düşünceli yardımsever insanlar. İzmir’e her gelişimde tercih edeceğim ve kendi evimde gibi hissettiğim bir konum gerçekten. Özlem hanıma ve eşine çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Really appreciated Ezgi… she met us at the place, gave local recommendations, and researched what was going on for us when there was a local water issue (not her fault at all but she made sure to keep us posted). Thank you!

Her şeyden memnun kaldık… Odalar oldukça geniş, dekorasyon ve renkler güzel… Mutfakta lazım olabilecek her şey fazlasıyla mevcut. Rümeysa hanım çok kibardı ve her türlü soruna çözüm odaklı yaklaştı. Sorulara hızlı yanıt verdi. Ekipçe harika vakit geçirdik bu güzel Rum evinde🤍

İkinci defa kalışımız. Ev çok keyifli ve çok rahat. Kendi evimizde gibi hissediyoruz artık. Kapı sorunu cok guzel bi sekilde cozulmustu ekstra takılan kilit sistemiyle gece ferah ve gonul rahatlıgıyla uyuduk. Ev gayet temizdi. Nuray hanıma ilgisi icin tesekkur ederiz. Eminim tekrar konaklayacagız

do not expect a 5 stars hotel but the place was worth the money. The flat is big (2 floors) with 2 kitchen (one on each floor). The shower is downstairs while the toilet is upstairs. Bed were comfortable and the water was hot in the shower. Maybe I could have done with more equipment in the kitchen, honestly. We always could find a parking spot outside the door and the location is right in the city center where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and patience. Self check in was easy and handy. thanks!

Wir als Familie haben das Haus sehr genossen. Es war immer wieder schön nach einem ereignisreichen Tag den Abend oder auch Morgen im Haus zu genießen. Die Dachterasse hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und Izmir. Metro und Bus sind gut zu erreichen, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist kann auch der Bazar in knapp 10 Minuten erreichen. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen und vorallem habe ich auf jede Frage unmittelbar Antwort und Tipps bekommen.

Çok rahat bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev, fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi ve tertemizdi. Konum metroya otobüslere yakın, her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Ev sahibi çok misafirperver ve iletişimi çok iyiydi, her sorumuza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Konforlu, huzurlu ve keyifli bir konaklama oldu. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz. Teşekkürler :)

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben sauber, gemütlich und gut gelegen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Konumu rahat bulduk, bizimle direkt ilgilendi ve yönlendirdi hızlı dönüş yaptı. Ev gayet temizdi, yeni ve temiz eşyaları vardı. Hiç bir sorunla karşılaşmadan konaklamamızı tamamladık. Olumsuz konuşacak herhangi bir problemi yok gayet memnun kaldık.

Beautiful apartment! The host was friendly and reactive. The view from the terrace is simply breathtaking. The apartment feels cozy and the location is great. Perfect to discover traditional bars and restaurants

Очень общительный и гостеприимный хозяин. Апартамент в отличном состоянии, есть всё что вам нужно. Супер локация, буквально 100 метров от основных улиц со множественном отличных кафе и ресторанов. Очень понравилось паромное сообщение между нашим и старым городом через залив. Однозначно рекомендую!!!

Gülcan Hanımla iletişim kurmak çok güzeldi. Tertemiz, düzenli, insanın içine açan bir ev kurmuş kendisi. İçim çok rahat kaldım, çok memnum oldum. Bahara tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum, iş seyahatimi sayesinde kolaylıkla geçirmiş oldum. Kendisine buradan da teşekkür etmek istedim. Bir kadın eli değmiş bir ev her zaman başkadır. 💜👩🏻‍🎨

イズミルの繁華街に近いロケーションで、非常に観光し易すかった。 部屋は清潔で、設備は充実しており、滞在中に不便を感じることもなかった。 ホストのDoaさんも非常に親切で質問は10分以内に回答があり、何一つ困ることなく滞在できた。

Ev İzmir'in en güzel sitelerinden biri diyebilirim, gerek konumu gerek güvenliği ve gerekse manzara paha biçilemez. Ev Sahibi Çağrı Bey, canayakım sıcakkanlı çok iyi bir insan. Her sorunuza anında cevap veriyor. Kendimi kendi evimdeymişim gibi hissettim. Kendisine Çok teşekkür ediyorum ilk ziyaretim değildi son da olmayacak. Her şey için Teşekkürler.

We were absolutely happy with the apartment. Great location - 3 minutes walk to restaurants and cafes, 15 minutes walk to the promenade by the sea. The apartment had everything we needed. Mehmet was in touch all the time and helped us a lot with all our questions.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was very kind and always available to help. Everything was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again! I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
