Everything was in tip-top shape, the location and view of the house are quite beautiful, I felt at home, everything is 10/10, I definitely recommend it, this is definitely the place I will stay again next time I come.

me and my fiancée are a couple who cares about privacy and what can I say Mr. Osman is a wonderful host. If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking about it. The neighborhood and the environment are very nice for the couples:) he offers my thanks to Mr. Osman for his help, we are patient to prefer him in the next stay...

The place we stayed before Overall, we were satisfied, the location was right at the entrance of the nazarköy, and there was plenty of food around it. We enjoyed a peaceful and tranquil place. Communication with Ms. Esim was comfortable. They were flexible on entry. But there are things I can recommend, we could not use the pool seasonally (it was not cleaned), the flow of the water in the shower was low and there was a heating problem, the kitchen supplies can be diversified. Thank you for everything, and we hope to see you again... 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Mr. Serkan quickly answered all our questions before, during and after the stay. We did not experience any negativity during our stay as a family with 2 children. She helped us with everything we needed. The house also had all the equipment we might need. It was a really enjoyable holiday.

The apartment was brand new and beautifully decorated. We had the honours to be the first guests. We loved the old style of the house mixed with all new comfortable furniture. Very clean and a lots of great features like a washing machine and Android TV. Murat was a friendly host who always responded very quickly. Also, the bed was the most comfortable of all of our stays in Turkey! We would 100% recommend this place in Izmir!

Spacious and comfortable apartment in quiet location. Well equipped kitchen with water, tea bags and oil much appreciated. Mustafa was friendly, helpful and responsive. The place isn't the easiest to find, but once you're there it's in a pleasant area with shops close by, a taxi rank and public transport not too far away (listen to Mustafa's directions if you want to avoid climbing a steep hill!) Recommend for a short stay.

The host immediately contacted us and the parking behind the house in front of Izmir's narrow and parking problem was a perfect privilege for us. We had a comfortable day with 3 air conditioners with beautiful in-home concept. The bathroom is spotlessly clean . It has a very nice terrace. We also appreciate the flexibility they showed us about the checkout time.

I did not have any problems during my stay, it was very tidy, clean and beautiful, sometimes there was no problem other than that, although there was a lot of noise from the outside.

the house is exactly as it looks, it is very beautiful, spacious and very pleasant. First of all, Ms. Gizem is very caring and polite, she communicated very well from the beginning to the end. This is a big plus, the garden and patio of the house are very pleasant, the patio gets sun all day and you can have a very pleasant time, we loved it. You may need to bring basic supplies with you only for long-term stays, but I'm sure it will not leave it in return when you request the missing items from the host, there was no problem as we stayed for a short time. The house was very clean and Mr. Selim took care of any problems or questions very quickly. The place of the house is very nice, very close to the beach, 5 minutes from the historical elevator. It's quiet and peaceful. We are very satisfied, thank you for everything 🙏🏻

My stay with Mr. Mustafa was just fantastic! I felt like at home from the first moment. The apartment was sparkling clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail – really picobello! Mr. Mustafa is an incredibly nice and helpful host. He was always available to help and made my stay an unforgettable experience. If I'm back in the area, I'll definitely book with Mr. Mustafa again. The apartment is located 20 mins away (walking) of the new city's center and 25 mins from the old city center. You also are very close to a nice park. We felt very comfortable at the apartment and Demet was a very quick and friendly communicator, and even found a free parking spot for us.

The host was caring. The house was beautiful and cute. It was a comfortable stay.

It may be the only place I will stay in Izmir, thank you very much for everything.

As mentioned in the description, the house is old but clean. Please note that the stairs are narrow, which may be a concern for families with seniors or young children. Selim was always available and responsive whenever we had questions or issues. The surrounding streets are very narrow, and unfortunately, I witnessed some hit-and-run incidents. Street parking is quite difficult. However, there is a parking area about a 10-minute walk away, which we ended up using.
