My apartment in the center of Karşıyaka is located on a spacious street away from the noise. It is in a new building, on the mezzanine floor, with a balcony and an elevator. Karşıyaka is 10 minutes away from the beach and the bazaar, and only 3 minutes away from the metro. There are many restaurants and chain markets around the house. There is direct metro transportation from Izmir airport. It is also 20 minutes by tram to Karşıyaka Hiltown and Mavibahçe shopping centers. Our building, built in 2025, was constructed in accordance with earthquake regulations. It is close to Bayraklı metro station and the coastline, on the upper street of Sevgi Yolu shopping center, within walking distance of Bayraklı High School and primary schools, and with easy access to everywhere. Bayraklı beach is within walking distance. It is easy to reach Alsancak, Bornova, Konak, and Karşıyaka in 15 minutes by bus. There are many cafes and restaurants around our building.
