Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

A perfect place to stay for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room as well as a terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

We stayed at this property with three technicians, and everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Our stay at Uli's was excellent, what we loved was that Uli personally welcomed us and provided us with valuable tips and information. There are also various guidebooks in the room. The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

The apartment was easy to reach, in a beautiful environment and we liked it very much, everything you needed was available and the apartment was very clean. Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Was there for a weekend with wife and dog. Everything is great! From the amenities to the service. Nicole and Klaus take great care of the well-being of their guests and we didn't lack anything. Excellent and super nice hosts. The location is great for relaxing, just because of the wellness area. Pool, sauna, garden and jacuzzi are very well maintained and clean. Perfect to treat yourself to a break and fully recharge the batteries. Will definitely be back.

The accommodation was easy to reach. You could get in flexibly and easily. Very cozy and clean, we lacked nothing in the amenities. The swimming pond is surprisingly chosen and could be used throughout. The sauna offers plenty of seating and lounging areas with a beautiful viewing window and breathtaking views directly into the forest The surroundings were quiet and full of nature, made for hiking experiences. Martin was always easy to reach. We can only recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back. Thank you so much for this great experience.

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The apartment was simply perfect! Clean, equipped with everything needed, pleasant and comfortable, quiet and in an excellent location. The design is stunning, inviting, and very suitable for children. As soon as we entered, we felt at home. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!

Great appartement! Looks exactly like on the pictures. A bit far from the city center as it is not easy to find a parking spot in salzburg city itself but we had a great time. Would stay there again

A very comfortable living space with everything we needed. Lovely shower, grest washing machine/dryer, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and all the basics needed for meal preparation.
