The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Hier hört ihr nichts außer Vogelgezwitscher und das sanfte Muhen unserer Galloway-Rinder. Perfekt, um abzuschalten, durchzuatmen und den Alltag hinter euch zu lassen.

Prühmühle: Wohn- und Veranstaltungshaus am Wasser

Das Bauernhaus mit Seminar- und Veranstaltungsraum, auch für Feiern, JGA, Hochzeiten, Konzerte o.ä. geeignet. Die Location nahe der Stadt Eggenfelden ist auch nach 22 Uhr nutzbar. Die historische Mühle liegt direkt am Fluss, wo ihr auch schwimmen könnt. Im alten Bauernhaus könnt ihr traditionell wohnen. Der große Garten lädt zum Grillen und Feuer machen ein. Fischen ist mit Tageskarte möglich. In der kalten Jahreszeit kann auch eine Fasssauna organisiert werden.

There are also several golf courses and the largest golf resort in Europe in the immediate vicinity. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One of them has a separate bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, while the other bedroom has a shower and WC. The chalet therefore offers space for 4 people. The equipment also includes WLAN and a Smart TV.
