It is located on the fourth floor of one of the buildings of the residence, staircase 6, with elevator and consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, electric kitchen and automatic washing machine and everything you need for a self-contained stay. Here you feel comfortable, because it is well maintained, tasteful and equipped with new furniture. In the bedroom, there are very large built-in closets, in addition to the clothes, even all the suitcases have space! The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the bar is very inviting. The bathroom is very large and there is room to store all your personal toiletries! Best of all is the super large terrace, with table, sofa, beautiful plants! Wonderful evening sun!

The Tracadero Beach Club (pools, spa, beach bar, restaurant and Saturday shows) is just in front of the house, the entrance it's completely free as my guests! The terrace is a beautiful place where you can enjoy the view. There are pizzerias, groceries stores and more, near the apto.
