The next flight of stairs takes you up to The master suite, two bedrooms, and laundry room are located on the third floor.

The Cozy Beach House

We keep it simple here in this small, cute, and charming, home. Room is great for 1 or 2 people. A 10 minute walk, to a public access, that takes you straight to the beach. There are a few public parking spaces. 10 minutes to Norfolk International Airport. The Oceanview Pier is a great place to fish and have dinner and is only 3 miles away. Come and enjoy! There is also a NEW CASINO only 20 minutes away.

This is an apartment in my home, I live upstairs. The home is in East Beach one block from the Chesapeake Bay. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. You have access to the Chesapeake Bay one block away, on 15th Street. Towels, beach chairs and Beach umbrella are available. If you want to go to the Virginia Beach oceanfront it is a 25 minute drive!
