Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bay Lake

This place was everything we needed to make our Disney Family Vacation special and convenient. The owners were very helpful and responsive. Most importantly to me the place was very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was incredibly kid-friendly, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. The resort itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean—we felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. What really stood out to us was the decor inside the home. My kids were so excited the moment we walked in! The thoughtful touches and cozy setup made it feel just like home, but even better. Everything we needed was available, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for families. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with children!

We stayed at Cami’s place during a trip to Disney, and it worked well for our family of three. The unit is in a quiet, gated complex that felt very safe. Our daughter especially loved the pool! The location was great—about a 20–25 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Cami was responsive and accommodating, especially with our (unplanned) late arrival, which we really appreciated. There were just a couple of things that felt a bit misleading from the listing. It mentioned two queen beds, but they were actually full-sized. Also, the listing stated that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but if there was, it appeared to be behind a locked door and not accessible to us. This was a bit disappointing since in-unit laundry is something we typically look for, but we managed fine without it. We just wanted to note this in case it’s important for other guests too. That said, we overall had a lovely stay and would recommend it for a Disney trip.

My stay in the place was excellent, close to Walmart and the parks very well located, safe and spacious parking. I recommend it

Really enjoyed our stay here for a last minute Disney staycation. Close enough to the parks without feeling like you’re on top of everybody. We really enjoy having a separate bedroom for our daughter and this place had the perfect room for her. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

We spent two great weeks at Alex's place, a family of six. The house was very nice and clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. We used the porch and the pool a lot as we loved to be outside in the warmth. Communication with Alex was smooth and he responded quickly. We highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

We had such a great time staying at Randy’s place for a short family vacation to Disney! We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and the space was PERFECT. Each of our girls had their own room and there were 2 pack-n-plays available for use. There were plenty of towels for using the plunge pool out back (which was pretty warm!) as well as showering. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to make dinner for 1 night and breakfasts on the go. Best of all, Disney was a pretty quick drive, as well as Publix and other stores we needed during our trip. GREAT value for the money for a small group! Randy was super nice and provided very helpful information. We would definitely stay again!

This place is brand new - great location and very clean house. The themed rooms for the kids are INSANE; our little one didn't want to leave. The oven/stove didn't work, so plan on eating out if you stay here unless they change that out. The Playstation 5's weren't set up yet either, but we got a great deal so it all evened out 👍🏼

We had a great time staying here, the kids played in the pool daily.. be sure to read the description well, we were unaware until later that we needed to pay extra to have the pool heated and it was a minimum of 2 days with 48 hours notice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, pots and pans, there are not spices available so you’ll want to bring your own. There is a coffee pot available. We had groceries delivered for our arrival, the only thing we were unsure of whether it was a coffee pot or a keurig.. which could be helpful to know ahead of time. We asked for 2 pack and plays and 2 high chairs, we arrived to only one set and messaged the host.. they quickly responded and sent someone over in a timely manner with a second set. We also utilized the pool at the resort, unfortunately when we got there the splash pad was out of commission for the day, but the kids still played in the pool and we were able to order a drink at the bar. Overall we had a nice time!!

Beautiful home , exactly as in the photos. Outside space especially is amazing with sun on the pool all day. Home was spotless and modern and very well equipped with everything you’d need. Community not gated but felt safe. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Short drive to parks. Would definitely stay again.

Such an amazing place to be at if you’re looking to have the best vacation in Florida! Close to all amusement parks and entertainment and have all the restaurants just next door! The home was very homey and had everything you’d need and was very clean. Andrea was very helpful and responsive and I very much appreciate having a great host. And ooooh we loved the hot tub! Hope to come back one day :) Thank you!

Me and my 4 children had a great stay at Christian's. Restful when we needed a break from the heat and lines of Universal and between the movie theater and pool kept everyone very entertained. Would definitely look to rebook this home in the future.

Stayed at Celso’s apartment for 2-weeks. It was a great size for 2 people and an ideal location for those looking to do the Disney and Universal parks. Apartment is just a short drive away from plenty of shops, restaurants and fast food places. It also has a 24h petrol (gas) station just outside of the complex which is really convenient. Overall, really enjoyed our stay the complex is really nice and feels very welcoming. Would highly recommend for two people. Celso was a great host, super responsive to any messages and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. One minor downside, not to the fault of Celso or his apartment, but the complex had a nesting hawk during our stay. This was no issue for 95% of our stay, but did swoop at us once. Would advise being cautious when walking to the car park, especially with young children.

Great!!! Vacation home had all the amenities a woman like me love. Plenty of everything from dishes to sheets very clean and comfortable. To say the least just right in the day far as neighborhood activities and quite peaceful and serene at night. Everything imaginable is located right around the corner a big bonus . It Felt like home away from home. Mrs.Mary place was sunshine after the rain Thanks for saving my vacation I will be recommending you to another who wants a fabulous place to stay while on vacation

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect in every way; perfect location and easy to get to…as we used Uber a lot. Close to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs….less than 15 min Uber. There is a Starbucks next to the building which was awesome. Nicoleta is a fantastic host, replies right away and gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions. Communication was great and she is very attentive. Again, very impressed with the place. All the amenities you need and very comfortable and clean. Was also a huge bonus to have 2 bathrooms.
