Our boutique vacation home in Aidling-Riegsee has been open since May 2024. The vacation home is new, stylish and very cozy, with fine materials, such as oak herringbone parquet, natural stone, high-quality textiles and box-spring beds. This makes this vacation home very special. It has two small kitchenettes with upholstered seating area, two living rooms with 2 comfortable sofa beds each, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4 of which have natural stone shower, green, furnished southwest terrace and 2 balconies.

Newly-renovated house with garden, fireplace, BBQ, Wifi & 3 TV's. You will enjoy the modern bright deco and vues on the mountains and Lech river in a very cozy ambiance. The local infrastructure is second-to-none with all the amenities you could wish for within walking distance including supermarkets, restaurants, river bathing and cross-country skiing. Located a mere 20 kms from the Austrian border, major skiing resorts are nearby and our very own Neuschwanstein Castle only a 20-minute drive.

The chalet is a cozy place for couples and families and is directly adjacent to our old house. Amenities: SW terrace with garden access, small sleeping chamber, large bedroom, small kitchen, wood-paneled living room in front of panoramic windows, with separate round dining area all in wood. Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

Conveniently located stylish oasis

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Vacation home in the foothills of the Alps on the romantic road near Landsberg am Lech. Within less than an hour's drive, there is a lot to discover from here: the world-famous Munich, the old imperial city of Augsburg, Lake Ammersee and Lake Starnberg and the Bavarian Alps with the highest mountain in Germany, the Zugspitze in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Worthwhile excursion destinations are the castles of Neuschwanstein and Linderhof, the Andechs Monastery and the Wieskirche.

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

Our jewel is finally ready! The bright and luxurious loft (approx. 80 square meters) with roof terrace offers absolute seclusion and a unique view over Lake Ammersee. After our beautiful garden apartment in the basement, you can now get to know Villa Romenthal from a completely different perspective: Under the historic roof beams, we welcome guests to our open 1-room loft with roof terrace. The beautiful Ammersee is about 900 m away.
