Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

Two houses, garden, beach cabin in Batz-sur-Mer

We have completely renovated these two houses to make them our family and friendly lair. The beautiful Valentin beach is a 9-minute walk from the house, as are all the shops in Batz sur Mer. Lovers of the village of Batz, we chose to rent them when we are not staying there to share with you this little piece of heaven. The lapping of the water in the goldfish pond contributes to the serenity of the garden. Beds are made upon arrival.

Ideally located, the bay of La Baule, the port of Le Pouliguen and the ramparts of Guérande are only 2 kilometers away. The village of Saillé has two renowned restaurants, a newsstand and a bread depot.

The house is located in the middle of many places of interest and excursions, 5 minutes from the medieval walls of Guérande, 10 minutes from the beach of La Baule and 10 minutes from the salt marshes. Our apartment is centrally located in Le Croisic facing the sea. The combination of exposed stone and noble materials has allowed us to transform it into an extremely warm cocoon. In winter you can even enjoy a fireplace. The bedding is new and comfortable. Once you're settled in, no car needed, everything is done on foot.
