Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

Océlya is a cozy nest completely renovated, ideal for a stay for two or with a baby. Sofa bed, connected TV, fireplace, equipped kitchen, spa shower, washing machine. Cozy room with comfortable bedding. Sheets, towels and essentials provided. Private garden of 24 m² facing south, enclosed, without neighbors, with barbecue and sun loungers. Pets welcome. Quiet, comfort and charm less than 500 m from the sea and many activities: horse riding, tennis, paddle, casino, mini-golf.

Two houses, garden, beach cabin in Batz-sur-Mer

We have completely renovated these two houses to make them our family and friendly lair. The beautiful Valentin beach is a 9-minute walk from the house, as are all the shops in Batz sur Mer. Lovers of the village of Batz, we chose to rent them when we are not staying there to share with you this little piece of heaven. The capacity of 10 people makes it possible for two families to meet there while having 2 independent accommodations united by the garden + cabin 78 GR34

We offer a bright one-story villa with a spa bath (bathroom) and sunny garden. The beaches, the wild coast, the supermarket, the harbor with shops and restaurants are within walking distance in 5 to 10 minutes. The wooden terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, teak table. The garden with fruit trees is completely enclosed and not overlooked. The lapping of the water in the goldfish pond contributes to the serenity of the garden. Beds are made upon arrival.

Charming country house 300 m from the beach

Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

Old house (1718) and renovated in the village of Paludiers, between sea and marsh (900 m) and close to shops, with all amenities (internet, TV, freezer, washing machine and dryer...) consisting of four bedrooms including one downstairs and three upstairs with two bathrooms including one adjoining. 20 m2 veranda and large 50 m2 sunny paved and wooded outdoor courtyard. Available: 3 bicycles, barbecue, beach and indoor games and garden furniture.

House located in the center of Batz-sur-Mer, a 10-minute walk from Valentin beach. This house is composed of - on the ground floor, a living room with an insert, an open kitchen with a bar, toilets, opening onto a small garden, - on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with double bed (crib in one of the bedrooms), a bathroom & toilet, - on the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with single beds and a shower room.

Charming renovated fisherman's house with garden

Charming salt worker's house renovated in 2020, quiet and with a closed and green garden, located in the village of Saillé in the heart of the salt marshes of Guérande. Ideally located, the bay of La Baule, the port of Le Pouliguen and the ramparts of Guérande are only 2 kilometers away. The village of Saillé has two renowned restaurants, a newsstand and a bread depot.

We welcome you to our old 18th century stone house with a large quiet garden where privacy is guaranteed. The house is located in the middle of many places of interest and excursions, 5 minutes from the medieval walls of Guérande, 10 minutes from the beach of La Baule and 10 minutes from the salt marshes. A very excellent bike route is 5 minutes away

Sea-facing house, 4 people max

[From July 4 to August 29, 2026, we only accept bookings of 7, 14 or 21 days, with arrival on Saturday and departure on Saturday only.] Family house facing the sea in a private cul-de-sac, a short walk to Lanseria beach. Quimiac/Mesquer. The house has a 5,000 m2 wooded park where you can relax in the shade of pine trees.

Luxury apartment facing the sea

Our apartment is centrally located in Le Croisic facing the sea. The combination of exposed stone and noble materials has allowed us to transform it into an extremely warm cocoon. In winter you can even enjoy a fireplace. The bedding is new and comfortable. Once you're settled in, no car needed, everything is done on foot.
