Private loft, with no direct interaction with the hosts. About 15 minutes from Gatineau and 20 minutes from Ottawa by car. For an additional fee (and subject to availability), you can access the spa, sauna, and cold plunge pool. A lunchbox breakfast is included. Perfect for workers or tourists. We have 2 dogs and a cat (they do not have access to the loft). The loft is independent, yet attached to the house, and we ask visitors to maintain an appropriate noise level during their stay.

Staying at Gerard's was absolutely excellent! The place was not only exactly as described – clean, stylishly furnished and well equipped – but exceeded our expectations in many ways. We would like to highlight the hospitality: Gerard was helpful from the beginning, super communicative and had great tips for the area. You can immediately tell that he is a host with heart and mind. The location was ideal, the accommodation quiet and at the same time close to everything important. Even little things like water, coffee, and even a few snacks on arrival show that everything is really thought of here. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Clear recommendation – it doesn't get any better!

The host (not Tracey, but the house owner) is very responsive, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay. Instructions are clear, and the space itself is tidy and well-maintained, with fast and reliable Wi-Fi. The bed is comfortable, making for a restful experience. For the quality offered, the price is unbeatable—great value for a stay in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. There is ample parking available, though the space is not wheelchair accessible. Overall, the place is quiet, with occasional squeaks in the morning and the lovely sound of dogs barking during the daytime or when someone approaches the house. I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries. If you have some time for funny jokes, the host is a walking library. 🤣 Would definitely recommend this stay for its location, comfort, and affordability!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Francine and her husband welcomed me warmly. The place was impeccably clean and safe. There was lots of parking onsite. It was close to lots to do in Gatineau or Ottawa. All amenities were available. It was a nice quiet place to relax in after a busy day. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be back myself.

Just as pictured! The host was responsive and the location was good - close to Bayshore and IKEA which made everything convenient. The internet was fast and reliable, and overall it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
