Villa ben ristrutturata e completa. Molto gentile il custode Paul, che ha assistito ad ogni richiesta, villa pulita con piscina e fronte sulla spiagga. La via di fronte alla spiaggia sembra un punto di ritrovo per molti ragazzi per ammirare il tramonto e stare tra amici. La villa era perfetta eravamo una famiglia di 17 persone. L'unica cosa che suggirei all'ihost per la ristrutturazione sarebbe di aggiungere un controllo della temperatura dell'acqua della piscina, per essere piú utilizzabile anche da famiglie con anziani che hanno bisogno di acqua un po' piú calda. In generale la villa non aveva difetti ed era fornito per soggiorni di 1 o 2 notti. L'unica cosa che mancava erano gli asciugamani.

What I appreciate the most was Marlet's friendliness in all her communications. And her properly manager, Tess, was also very helpful, prompt, and courteous. It's a place I would recommend to friends, and will go back to should my trips bring me to Tagaytay again. The place was clean, just the right size for 4 to 5 persons, and geographically convenient.

Staying at Cliff House was truly a magical experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views that stretched as far as the eye could see. The home itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Two words: corner unit. The living room, patio and master’s bedroom had sweeping views of the lake, and the breeze that was coming in was invigorating. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the living spaces are cozy and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. A dedicated parking space is provided. There is a supermarket, 24-hour convenience store, a Starbucks store and numerous restaurants around. If you feel like staying in and cooking, there is a Santi’s Delicatessen there, too, for ingredients. We had dinner at Breakfast by Antonios which is a short drive away, and breakfast at Le Creperie before leaving. Two more words: stay longer.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Randy was able to accommodate us even if we were booking a day before our planned stay. The bed is comfy and the air conditioning is strong. The water heater works well and the place is really clean. Bidet is available. Mylene is easy to communicate with. The view of Taal from the balcony is a bit obstructed by post lines but you can still see its beauty. You have an option to use the stairs when the elevator gets crowded and there's a long line. The wifi connection works. You'll be able to stream movies but its speed would not support HD live streaming or downloading large files. I was able to do online office meetings smoothly without video. Should you need parking, you'd need to walk for about 5-10 minutes to/from the clubhouse area.

This is an awesome place to stay with a breathtaking view of the taal volcano. outside there are gorgeous fields to stroll around on as well as pools and a basketball court. everyone around seems to be unbelievably friendly (it's probably the place). the caretaker is also incredibly kind and accommodating to us and super helpful with any request. 5 stars, thanks so much for the stay!
