Although we arrived so early and couldn't check in yet, the hosts allowed us to leave our luggages first. The place is really clean and spacious. The hosts were very accommodating! They gave us directions to a good lomi house and even helped us hail a tricycle commute to our next destination. We had a great stay!

We had a great weekend and stay at Gee's Place! Initiallly we were booked for Harold's Place but a guest request got us in Gee's Place instead. It was communicated well to us and Ms. Evangeline made sure that the transfer was smooth and hassle-free. The place is great, it really is what you'll expect based from the photos and description. So many nearby restaurants and shop within the Wind Residences area so it's really convenient. The caretaker, Ms. Mary Ann, is very easy to communicate with and gave us a great first impression also upon checking in and a hassle-free check out on the last day. Kudos and big thanks to Ms. Evangeline and Ms. Mary Ann. Totally recommendable place ❤️

Spoke to Tita Nena (Co-host) and she was the one who attended our needs with regard to the place. Parking fits our mini SUV (Tucson) and they even have an automatic washing machine that is free to use during stay. Thankful that we didn't need to find a laundromat anymore. Complete kitchen appliances/utensils. They provided bath towels. Though shower has low pressure on peak hours on the 2nd floor, they have a water heater so that's a plus for us! And lastly, we are very thankful that the place is pet friendly. Location is near Batangas Grand Terminal, a Petron gas station, diversion road and also only along Caltex road. This is the perfect place to book for me when visiting some of my relatives in Batangas City. :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mi Casa! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The communication with the host was seamless, and the check-in process was smooth. The unit was clean and cozy. My son had wonderful sleep during the entire stay. The place was peaceful and there were no noisy neighbors. For future tenants please drive with caution and don’t drive at night if you have a choice. The road was too dark as the light posts were only solar lights. We almost had car accident twice in the intersections. Not the host’s fault but just warning future tenants to be careful going to the place. :)
