Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Batangas Bay

The house is good as new. It was so clean and tidy. Necessary things are provided. The caretaker was so reliable and kind. It's not hard to find the place and it's one trike away from everything you need. We enjoyed are stay!

We much enjoyed Yen’s place. Very quiet and tranquil setting with beautiful view which we especially enjoyed with our morning coffee. Yen communications were prompt and helpful. We would stay again.

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Stayed here for two days including Christmas eve. Thank you John Michael and his caretaker Mam Lyn for a great stay and indeed a great Christmas. This is one of the few units in Serin that offers a great view. The unit has its own bedroom and a very spacious balcony. It is very clean and well-set up. You can do light cooking. Maluwag ang buong room. We have two kids and they pretty much enjoyed the whole space. Yung Serin Mall is literally just a stone-throw away. Tapat mismo ng lobby ng building ang Serin Mall. All things you need to buy, quick bites, etc you can go to serin mall. Lyn the caretaker was very accommodating. She was very easy to talk to. Wifi connection is not reliable , to be fair sa buong Tagaytay naman, di talaga maganda providers ng internet. We just used our own data connection to enjoy their nice tv. Malinis , mabango , complete amenities. Will definitely save this property. Salamat po sa pagpapatuloy sa amin.

The host was a great host. They were very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful and had the most amazing view.

We stayed at Loriella’s place for one week. Her place is complete with everything a family needs to make one’s stay comfortable - complete kitchen supplies and appliances, washing machine/dryer, spacious sala/dining with a huge TV and lots of games. Security is excellent, they make sure that only owners and/or their guests can enter the property. The kitchen sink was quite small but its okay, you’ll get used to it. The toilet and bath was well-stocked but it would have been better if there were floor mats inside. Overall, we had a great time staying at Loreilla’s place.

Check in was smooth, despite the front desk being busy since it’s a holiday. Ate Weng met us at the lobby and she was kind and accommodating of our questions. The view from the balcony is amazing. It’s the highlight of the place - having the best view of Taal volcano and the whole lake while in the privacy of your own spacious balcony. The rooms are comfortable and homey. The building is also closest to the clubhouse amenities (compared to the other towers) and there’s also a small park where you can do some walking. It was an enjoyable experience staying at Don’s place.

Well, third time's the charm. Just realized how convenient the honesty store was for us when our grab delivery cancelled on us two times ☺️ And as always, we felt righ at home. With all the available blankets and towels that we can use (we made sure to use just what we need) 🥹 Thank you again, Joan!

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. TRUE HOME away from home! ✨🏡 We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were able to relax and celebrate my birthday. 🎉 Good laughs, good foods and memories as a family. Super enjoy din kami sa swimming pool. The place also looks exactly like the photos. So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! The house was very clean and the host extremely forthcoming. We enjoyed the stay a lot. The only downside, and it's not an issue with the house itself, are the dogs barking outside. But would recommend.

Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a great stay. Beddings and towels were fresh and clean, exceeding my expectations. The room amenities like the fridge and microwave were a nice-touch. The location is very easy to find. It's beside a mall and a catholic church. The place looks clean and it smells really good. I love it's big TV. Although there was no parking space, I didn't have any trouble because I was able to park my car in front of Carlo's Pizza without a charge and you also have an option to leave it to Ayala Mall for a fee. I would recommend this place to friends.

great place to stay in Pico. Room is good for 6. cooking amenities is good and complete. the water though feels weird when showering, takes like forever to rinse your body of soap. Pico de loro currently is doing renovations on the roads but it wont affect your stay. registration didn't took too long even though many visitors are coming due to long weekend.
