Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Batam Kota

Stayed here twice. Each time about a week. Great place to stay with lots of walkable shopping malls and restaurants.

Leon was a friendly and responsive host! Staff at the building are also very nice and helpful, and they kept the room immaculately clean. The place was simple, but exactly as pictured. It was quiet and I slept well. It's walkable to the MRT station and Little India, and there are plenty of amenities and good food places in the area.

Next time im Singapore again this hostage

It was an amazing stay in this service apartment, the ladies where very friendly to assist in all kind of questions. The property is so clean and perfect situated close to restaurants, MRT station. I highly recommend this place!

Thank you host for being very responsive throughout the stay. The unit was exactly as pictured, highest floor with the most outstanding sea view. Unit was very spacious & the two rooms came with super huge beds. Long stretch of balcony for u to relax & enjoy the sea breeze. Many spots for OOTD & walkable to the beautiful beach. Staffs were very accommodating with pleasant smile from the reception, restaurants etc. Any issues with the unit will be rectified immediately by the hotel management. Can’t wait to come back again! Loveeee it. Thank you host & all the staffs for making it a memorable stay for my family ❤️

The stay was great, easy to navigate using google maps. Although, there was a leak through the roof during heavy storm, other than that everything was accurate and safe. Hopefully the leak will be fixed. Overall, worth the money and quite easy to navigate through.

I had a fantastic stay at Maila’s place! My flight landed earlier than expected, and Maila was incredibly accommodating by allowing me to check in early. This thoughtful gesture made my arrival smooth and stress-free. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Great place to stay!

Service at the front desk was attentive and helpful. Cleaning and turnover (T, Thu, Sat) was thorough and the towels and linens were refreshed. Laundry machine and drying rack were immensely useful. Well located at Robertson Quay, and was close to Orchard Rd, Clarke Quay and Chinatown areas

Our family of 5 with an 18yo son and twin 16yo daughters loved the 3bedroom apartment . Close to Fort Canning MRT and the parks , essentially on the Singapore River to walk both ways and into Chinatown , little India , CBD and down to the Merlion on the front . Close access to restaurants and very close to Clarke Quay and the Chinatown hawker locations When we had a couple of small issues like not being able to work the induction stove it was resolved within minutes with a quick phone call to reception so we had brilliant service Would recommend to anyone

Tushitas place was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids 3 and 6). the apparment is bigger than what impression i had from the fotos and had everything we needed. Even washing powder for the laundry was provided. the pool was great for the kids to cool down after a day exploring Singapore. In the same building is the UE Mall, youll find great coffee shops like Greybox or Dutch Collony with propper barista coffee as well as a CS fresh for your groceries. You have to go for breakfast at Tiong Bahru bakery across the street. The location is perfect for exploring, easy getting around by Grab (like uber) or MRT. Close to Orchard, Chinatown and MBS. Would definitely stay at Tushitas place again!
