is very nice place like in bali location near town not to far to go shopping ctr . Room are big for 2pax . if have kettle will be better so that after swimming can make coffee or instant noodles overall 8/10 . I n family will sure come back

My group and I had a great stay at Dian's stay in Batam! The location was perfect—close to the ferry terminal, shopping malls, and plenty of food options. The host was super responsive and made check-in smooth and easy. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Wi-Fi was strong, the aircon worked great, and the bed was comfortable, however the water pressure was low due to Batam Center issue. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Batam, whether it's for a short getaway or a longer stay.

The Location is right smack in the middle of Orchard Road and there are a lot of great restaurant in the vicinity. The listing is as description and the photo matches the place that i stayed. The building is old but was pretty well maintained overall, Do run the water a bit during your stay as there might be some chock-age for the drainage linked to the bathtub, this will also allowed rust residue to be emptied for the rest of the stay. Overall great stay and great host. Would recommend for people that are looking for a good location and spacious apartment to stay in Singapore.

The location is extremely ideal and the communication was really great. I will say we didn’t have problems checking in, but we did run into a few other guests that had trouble getting the electronic key to work so I would recommend you download the app and get that set up ahead of arriving. 10/10 would recommend the stay!!

Pristine 2BR Apt in the Heart of Orchard Road

This property is extremely tourist friendly. it is right in the middle of an extremely large amount of stores from economic to high end. it is also very close to the train system, which is very easy to learn, extremely clean, and very safe. This will let you visit virtually the entire country seeing amazing sites, have fabulous dinners, and accomplish everything that you could possibly want and go to Singapore for. The highlight of this property, however, was found in a very unusual and most unexpected spot. Raymond is a security guard who works at Park Suites. He is extremely intelligent not only about Singapore but Malaysia and other surrounding countries. Make sure to find him when you get there. We traveled with him to Malaysia, which is only 30 minutes away, and learned so much more about Singapore because of him. Raymond is the true Jewel of Singapore, and because of him, we will stay at Park Suites again and would be happy to pay twice as much for the stay. Do search him out.

Our licensed serviced apartment is set in the heart of city. It is convenient, spacious and pet-friendly. (We do not accept staycation booking) This 2-bedroom apartment floor area is 750 square feet (approx. 70 square meters), making it bigger than average guestroom size in Singapore. It offers insanely comfortable queen size mattress, dining area, working desk, private bathroom, complete with kitchenette and washer & dryer. It can be configured with an extra mattress for the third travellers.

The location is great and easy to find! It is a short ride to most attractions. The support team is very responsive to all concerns and accommodating as well which we truly appreciate. Check in is seamless and instructions are provided in detail. The room is very clean and perfect for 2 persons. Important amenities/toiletries are provided. We got an upgrade which we really appreciate! Thank you! Will definitely recommend as a very good accommodation choice when in SG!

Nice clean apartment and very central for Orchard Road. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and taxi stop on the next block. Room was as advertised, clean and tidy. Apartment is a bit older but everything worked well. Good aircon!

Orchard point was a lovely apartment to stay in. From the minute we arrived and all during our stay the staff was responsive to all our needs. All The doorman were super friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed in it. We enjoyed the cleaning service. The location was very central and we had walking access to many restaurants and malls. We would defiantly choose this place again.
