Newly Remodeled Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath single story cul-de-sac home 7 Minutes from the Lake ready for you to relax and make great memories. As you arrive you will notice the large RV/Boat parking on the side of the home. The home is close to the market and Downtown Havasu area with great restaurants. While you are staying you can enjoy fun games such as Large Connect 4, Large Jenga, and the Ring Game. There is an indoor laundry room with an ice maker. The rear yard has a BBQ and covered patio.

Great location at Lakeshore Village!Free boat parking.Our condo is in walking distance to the lake and park. Dont forget to take in a movie or dine out at restraunts. Aprox 5 minute walk from condo. Our condo is ground level with patio and easy access. Sleeps 4 guests. We have 1 king bed with a very nice pillow top. 1 new queen sofa bed and 1 twin blowup mattress with automatic inflator. New beautiful walk- in shower. 2 comfortable recliners.
