Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Basundhara Residential Area

Very nice and quiet place except construction going on neighbour side which is temporary. Nice manager on site to take care of guest and very friendly. I must recommend this place for my next stay at Dhaka.

An amazing place to live temporarily. We stayed for 12 days. We never felt that we were out of our own place. I would definitely recommend this place.

The host was really nice and super responsive, we did early check in at 11 am. Based on price it’s a good place to stay and it has car parking facility also. Surely I will visit again.

This is a hidden gem in Dhaka. I booked the place for one night with my friends and I had an absolutely great time. The place is absolutely gorgeous. The pool was fantastic and the staff was very helpful. The host was great too. Can’t wait to book it again.

Fantastic apartment with all the amenities a family might require - from a washing machine, microwave, water heaters, water purifiers, clean bedsheets, blankets, etc. The best part of the experience was the housekeeper, Robi who goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and looked after. The security guards, Proshanto and Noyon are also very helpful resources to support your stay. You feel secure and comfortable - and the balcony has a really nice view too! Highly recommend.

I am happy to stay there all over I can say it’s good place to stay. Hot water system is available but only in one bathroom. Place wise is very comfortable and convenient Kitchen is good probably need little more attention. Finally I am happy and this place works for my stay. Next time I will stay here again

It was amazing to stay at this place. Place felt like home. Check in-out was super easy. Can find taxis and restaurants in walking distance. Amenities was working properly. Near to airport. I would recommend this place whoever wants to visit dhaka.

It was my first airbnb stay in Dhaka, I would say the experience was good the place is in 15th floor so the view was amazing at night as u can see the city n the highways all the way, plus the host was very responsive n one of the best , the people around the place were nice knowing that we are not from there would definitely recommend to anyone staying there

Wahid is a great host who is always responsive and willing to sort through any issues and resolve them. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and gives great advice and recommendations which are especially needed if you're a foreigner! The location of the apartment is beautiful especially with the lake view which makes this place definitely worth staying at. It was safe and we had no issues in this regard. There are a lot of great restaurants and cafés nearby. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Dhaka.

The host is very nice and friendly. The place is very clean. Only thing he required for ID for everyone. whoever is staying, but it’s better if he mention it before that way everyone has it but overall the place is very nice and very good location.

Tasmiya is a great host! highly recommend staying with at her place when visiting Dhaka! I had a wonderful stay at Perla’s place. The house was exactly as described — very clean, comfortable, and beautifully organized. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to stay here again in the future!
