Bastrop vacation rentals

We had a great time at Carole's place and really loved the area: close to South Congress, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park, and not far from downtown and East 6th. The house is across from a small park and creek, which our daughter loved exploring, and the neighborhood is full of beautiful houses, both old and new. The house has most everything you need and was comfortable, with good beds and AC to keep you cool when needed. It was great to have the outdoor spaces to hang out when the temps were moderate. We were looking for activities for our 8 year old, and Carole was amazingly helpful with suggestions.

Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

I give Alejandro’s Airbnb an all around 5 stars, very accurate description of the place with plenty of space for any kind of stay you plan for here. The location was also very good with it being extremely close to downtown and not too far from the airport. Overall definitely stay here again.

INCREDIBLE! What a beautiful home and stay. I was visiting my son who attends UT and I wanted something close enough to campus while being able to have a peaceful spot to make homemade meals and do laundry and just relax. Kate's home was even better than the photos - the plants and decor and overall vibe are welcoming in a way that makes you feel right at home the second you step in. Staci, the co-host, is an excellent communicator and super friendly. I plan to use this as my landing spot in ATX from now on!

Amazing place to stay! So walkable and easy to get around or Uber. Martha had fantastic recommendations! This is the place you’re looking for! As a note: the water in the backyard/outdoor shower doesn’t work and it was a very HOT summer- the grass mostly died out so it got rather dusty this really only mattered to me because I had dogs which felt right at home here. Also the concrete floors are Amazing And keep the whole house clean. I loved it here!

First things first ... such a wonderful host!! I had a few minor situations happen but she was quick to respond and resolve the issue. You need your grass cut, you let her know and her and her Fiance come and take care of it for you!! Secondly... She allowed us to add something to her home! A fire pit! It was an ask and she was approved out ask. We bought and hope future guests enjoy it!! Also bought a few camo chairs also, for future guests to use as well!! This place is so relaxing, and close to lots of local eatery. Also not far from Lockhart which is where my husband and a few of his coworkers were commuting too. I would highly recommend too anyone who is visiting for a relaxing getaway, business. Beds are small but comfortable. Comfy bedding. Cozy couch, you'll slink right into them and cute and comfortable Egg Chairs. If you've come across this review it's because your considering the AirBnB ... Don't skip last it. It's truly a Gem 💎!! We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

Everything about the house and host was fantastic. COMMUNICATION- Teri was always quick to respond to questions and made sure we knew the neighborhood rules with regard to parking. LOCATION- A short walk to South Congress which means a short walk to great places to eat and see music- it's also close (maybe 6 to 10 blocks?) to a very large grocery store. HOUSE- Fantastic, comfortable, clean. The little back porch area was great, living room was super nice and comfortable, kitchen had plenty of everything....and 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means 2 couples have plenty of space. I would stay again in a second and would recommend this place to anyone....We loved it!

Great airBNB with everything you need. Bed was comfortable and living room spacious. They had coffee pot/pods available, air fryer and other appliances for use. Great communication. We had a great stay !

We loved the place! The view from the house is priceless and sitting on the terrace watching all kind of birds is the best start of the day you can have.

I really enjoyed staying at Christian’s place. The home is BEAUTIFUL and has a lovely yard. It was clean and in great shape. The bathrooms were beautiful and had really nice robes for us to use. We ran out of coffee and needed a blender and Christian had both sent over the next day. He was very responsive and accommodating. The location is great… close to everything. We could walk for coffee and food. I will say that I live in a very quiet place so I was a bit sensitive to the noise in the neighborhood initially but did get used to it. I definitely recommend Christian’s place… it’s a lovely spot and he’s a fantastic host.

Loved every bit of this stay. There was plenty of space for the baby to crawl around and plenty of activities to keep the toddler occupied. The layout was great and accommodating. My family and I felt comfortable throughout our stay. Isaiah was always responsive and flexible to our needs/requests. It was the easiest stay for my family yet. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Place was great, clean and very nice. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood with full privacy. We had a great time during our stay. Highly recommended.

Nehemiah’s spacious Airbnb near Austin and close to the airport is a truly amazing place to stay! It is large and open-spaced with two floors! It is also kid friendly! It well furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. There are three bathrooms and a very spacious kitchen! You don’t need to bring anything, because his place has everything you need! I strongly recommend this Airbnb and I will gladly stay here again!
