Very nice 2-room apartment, completely renovated with taste and fully equipped, cut off from outside noise thanks to triple glazed windows and cooled by air conditioning, located in the hyper center of Bastia, near the old port and the market square. Ideally located, close to all the restaurants and shops of the pedestrian street Napoléon, the large Place Saint Nicolas, the Quai des Martyrs. Lots of nearby shops. The building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor.

Our apartment is as if it were on the sea... The first beach is a few steps away. Carefully chosen bedding. The apartment is dual-aspect and extremely bright. A Micheline stop 50 m away connects the city center of Bastia in 3 minutes and Corte, Ajaccio or Calvi in a few hours. A few minutes' walk to the city center or the beach. Private outdoor parking with barrier. Wi-Fi/Netflix available. Monoprix and Picard 400 m away. We also rent a fabulous rooftop villa on Biguglia 9 km away, go see it!

Beautiful 2-bedroom with balcony, completely tastefully renovated in March 2022. Ideal location, in the heart of Bastia, at the top of the main Boulevard Paoli and a few minutes' walk from Place St Nicolas and the Old Port. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a beautiful, quiet and secure building. Free parking spots on some nearby streets as well as GAUDIN parking (for a fee) within 50 m. Close to all amenities with many shops, restaurants and boutiques.

Had a pleasant stay at Aline's. I found the apartment very clean and very well-equipped. Everything you're looking for is there! During my stay, I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and building. Note if you arrive on foot like me and loaded: there is an elevator that goes up from the sea to the citadel.

The apartment is modernly furnished, corresponds exactly to the pictures and Baptiste is always available for questions. The view of the harbor is incredible. Parking is right outside the door and the center is within walking distance. We had a very nice vacation and I would recommend the place at any time and book again.

Nancy's apartment is simply fantastic. The pool at your doorstep with panoramic views of the lagoon is indescribably beautiful. Everything is exactly as described. Outside is a large covered seating area where you can eat or sit together. The apartment and pool were super clean and very well equipped. The entrance to the parking lot is very steep and a challenge for larger vehicles. Nancy was a great host who welcomed us very nicely and was always available. We had a great time and say thank you very much.

Everything was great, nice views, clean, well equipped, comfortable. But if you're not a good walker, you need a car. Otherwise, it takes half an hour to get to downtown, the way back is more challenging because it is uphill. It was a great apartment with everything you need and more.

The apartment was spacious and had a great view. Within walking distance were bakers, sea access and a small supermarket. We often drove to Bastia, 10 min, and enjoyed the flair of the city. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, the only disturbing element was the mosquitoes.

Our stay with Jean-Claude and Danielle was a unique experience. They welcome you warmly, have hundreds of stories and both themselves and their daughter like to share the nice spots in the area. The pool was a win for our boys aged 10 and 13 (and for us ;)) Thanks to the welcome drink you also know the other residents a bit. From the cottage there are nice paths to waterfalls and a river and towards Folleli it gets bigger and you have beautiful places to take a jump of 4-8 meters. It is a place where you come for peace and quiet, but if you are still looking for more activities, you will be in just over an hour in the beautiful Bastia and the beautiful coast of Saint Florent is also worth a visit!

Wow! What can i say.. the photos do not do this property justice. We stayed in the ground floor villa (for 6) it was out of this world and the view over the Bay is truly stunning. We hired a car for the week which i would recommend as so many stunning places to visit. Just be mindful that the 1st floor villa accommodation is let separately not that we had any issues with the people staying above us for the week. Special mention to Marine who met us at the property handed over the key etc etc , lovely lady. We truly loved Corsica and we will return... Thank you Eric for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Jean-Baty is a great host. Responsive 👍 (you sometimes experience that differently), flexible (arrival and departure times), informative and very charming. The apartment is furnished with great attention and care, and is equipped with absolutely everything (well, an iron maybe still ;) The large garden is the cherry on top; lots of seating in sun & shade. And then there is also a hot tub at your disposal. Apartment in a new building, located outside Bastia, on a main road, but situated in such a way that you can't hear the traffic at all. Upon arrival, J-B will pick you up and drive you to a private parking lot. Nice bakery across the street, restaurants within walking distance. We know where to go, should we visit Corsica again. Chapeau!
