A very, very beautiful house. A very large kitchen semi-open to the living room, a very large and extremely nice living room with a large sofa, a large table and a foosball table. Very harmonious set. Two extra bathrooms, except the one downstairs with a beautiful bathtub + walk-in shower. Grohé brand faucets, appreciated. What an exterior! Beautiful garden as far as the eye can see. An exceptional welcome overlooking the mountains. All kitchen equipment is present (down to the spices!). 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs. Possibility of an umbrella bed and high chair. Our kids had a really good time. Very nice mountainous and remote area. We left this stay completely rejuvenated.

The accommodation is located in the mountains with a breathtaking view, the only neighbors are sheep. The 🐑 accommodation was clean and super cozy. The sauna and jacuzzi were very much appreciated. Leopold told us about several things to do in the area as well as good restaurants. He was very friendly and available. We'll go back without a second thought.

Well designed cottage and great hosts. Modern, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, clean modern bathrooms, lovely large outdoor space next to a babbling brook. Hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Sewen is a tiny quiet town with a single restaurant that was excellent. Need to drive to next town(s) for food shop, boulangerie and other restaurants. As with any rental, bring personal essentials like chef’s knife, paper towels, hairdryer, toiletries, extra pillows but otherwise everything was provided. Highly recommended for a comfortable, quiet get away in Vosges / Ballon mountains. Many hiking paths in the area.

According to the description, check-out should be at 12:00, but the info came that we had to check out at 10:00 via message not 2 hours before, we were all very stressed. Otherwise everything was fine, we are considering coming back. Thank you very much

Everything was fine. Marjorie is super sweet and offers a very nicely located and well-equipped accommodation. The house is very lovingly and nicely decorated. Together with the large garden and the spa offer, you will feel completely at ease. We will be happy to come back.

Great stay as a family. Very quiet , peaceful place . We were lucky over time which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors . Very friendly hosts. Atypical accommodation, very pleasant. Pool a little cool but that didn't stop the kids from enjoying it a little max! Thanks for everything!

We had a great vacation at 10 in David and Véronique's chalet-loft, the lake is right next door to enjoy it every day and there are all the necessary amenities.

A peaceful stay that allows you to relax in this pretty corner of the Vosges, away from the noise of Lille! From this charming accommodation, furnished with great taste and simplicity, and located close to the main roads, all shops are accessible by car. It feels really good and the hosts are very responsive when needed. It is also, and finally, very appreciated to be able to share this stay and enjoy the magnificent hiking trails with her dog, since Amandine and Jérôme accept our hair! I would definitely recommend this little piece of heaven.

A cozy and comfortable accommodation, great location for enjoying the Vittel region. Very well equipped, it has all the necessary amenities to have a good stay. The large living room is very nice, the bedding comfortable, the modern and functional bathrooms. Finally, the huge games room upstairs is a huge plus for family stays, it directly overlooks a pretty garden! Kirsten and Evi are very friendly hosts, We highly recommend this place and will be happy to go back.

Beautiful cottage, very quiet location, near a lake. The house has every comfort, and except for the somewhat steep stairs, everything is very practical and cozily furnished. The garden is large and has a beautiful view of one of the thousand lakes. The restaurant within walking distance is recommended. Beautiful region for walks, nature and tranquility. Hermine was proactive and very friendly in communication, everything was clear. In short: an ideal holiday address!

Very pleasant and friendly stay, in the heart of nature. Very friendly and available host. The accommodation is well equipped, very pleasant fireplace on winter evenings.

Very nice environment, very quiet. Old farmhouse full of charm. The accommodation was very pleasantly heated in all rooms, which was very good after the very cold and rainy days we had in April. Shops are nearby, you can walk in the woods from the house. And there's a lot to do in the area.

If you are looking for a quiet place out in nature with enough space for several families, the cottage is perfect. Now that the hot-tube is installed - it’s even better. And Samuel kindly changed the water as the kids went in there with dirty feet. Inside the kids shouldn’t play too loudly, which sometimes isn’t easy - but there is lots of space outside!! We would book it again :)

I’d love to write this in French, but that would take too long! However it would be well worth the effort as this place was OUTSTANDING! We visited with another family, in total two couples and 6 boys from the age of 6-16 and the gite delivered everything you could hope for! The kitchen was well equipped to cook for a large group and bake whatever you like. The sauna was impeccably done with lots of thought of the layout, the main living room was as lovely as the photos indicate and every bedroom was thought through carefully to the last picture and lamp. The outdoor area was spacious, the barbecues large and spotless, the treehouse a dream even on rainy days to get the kids out and the house quiet. There is nothing I can think of that should have been done differently, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather being slightly damp. In addition Michel and Muriel were super responsive and helped us with any request we had. I can only recommend them warmly!

The place is beautiful, this Vosges farmhouse has a lot of character, and was very well renovated and decorated. Prisca is very nice and accommodating. We had a lovely family weekend.

Very nice and cozy cottage with extraordinary decor. The owner is very attentive. Very peaceful place. Perfect environment for a relaxing stay. We will definitely be back in view of the many hiking trails.

What a great place to rest and recharge. The area has everything for family fun and the house had a large kitchen, grill area and bikes to mention a few. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back! Also the homemade honey from Marie is amazing.
