We had a great stay at this property and were extremely happy working with Marta. She was very responsive, always reachable, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout our trip. The apartment was clean and well-maintained and included all the amenities listed. The location was fantastic — close to the Rialto Bridge, railway station, grocery store, ATM, bakery, restaurants, and many popular attractions, most of which were within walking distance. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would stay here again in the future!

Super one night stay in Venice. Gianni's apartment was spotless. Whilst the apartment is compact, it had everything we needed for our stay.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. It's spotlessly clean and has all mod cons you could hope for: hairdryer, WiFi, new TVs and a coffee machine. It's conveniently located close to the city's bus and rail stations, which was very helpful to us as we arrived after a late flight. We especially appreciated our hosts speedy response time and the excellent restaurant suggestions. Would recommend.

Ideally located for discovering Venice, all amenities nearby, the small garden for eating outside is a plus when the weather is nice, which was our case. Monica and Marco gave us a warm welcome and were very good advice. Recommended!

Excellent Hosts! Lovely property and amazing location. Suitable for families and secure free car park is cherry on top! Fuel/Supermarket and Restaurants are very close by! Venice airport is 25 mins drive.

Very nice apartment, in a quiet location and with various bars and restaurants nearby. Check-in was very easy and very well explained with video. Parking in the garage below the house. The only important thing to know is that if you have electronic equipment (such as laptops, etc.) with a charger or power supply with a SCHUKO plug, bring some adapters as the apartment's plugs are not compatible with SCHUKO plugs. Otherwise everything is fine, we'll be happy to come back!

Mo was a fabulous host, he made the check in process very easy and responded quickly to messages. The condo was exactly as we expected - very clean and spacious for what we needed as a couple. The location was very handy - an easy walk from the train station and a quick walk to hop on a bus that takes you directly to Venezia.

We had a great time at Massimo's place. Welcoming host, very accommodating regarding check-in and check-out times depending on their availability. Massimo gave us great tips for shopping, eating in authentic restaurants, homemade cuisine is away and away from the crowds. Great tips for the sightseeing. Documentation left at your disposal. The apartment is very well oriented. The mini balcony was appreciated. Well appointed apartment, very comfortable bedding.

Fantastic stay in Venice! The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the vaporetto station, making it super easy to explore the city. Venice itself isn't very big, so everything was within a short distance. The accommodation was comfortable, and the host was welcoming. Highly recommend!

The host, Michale, was absolutely amazing – she was kind, attentive, and helped me with everything I needed. The apartment is in a perfect location with a beautiful view of one of Venice's canals. For Jewish travelers, it's just a 3-minute walk from the Chabad House of Venice and the historic Jewish Ghetto.

Clean place and exactly as described. Extremely convenient to reach Venice by public transport (bus stop 2 minutes away and train station 8 minutes away).

The apartment is great, large, well located. The neighborhood is calm, beautiful, there is a park near the building, there are lots of ways to get to the main station and to the islands. Valerio was extremely helpful since the beginning, giving clear instructions, answering quickly, always gentle. We loved our stay!

The remote location was breathtakingly beautiful, surrounded by rolling hills and lush vineyards, and the perfect setting to unwind and relax. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Cunegonda's hospitality. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm smile and a refreshing glass of Prosecco, accompanied by a delicious selection of fresh fruit and cake. It was the perfect welcome, and we felt instantly at ease. If you're looking for a truly authentic Italian experience, then look no further. We can't recommend it highly enough, and we can't wait to return someday soon.

We were welcomed as family. The apartment is impeccable, with everything you need to make good Italian dishes. We were also able to enjoy the large swimming pool. We were just over an hour by train + car from Venice which we visited. It's beautiful.

We spent the Easter holidays guests in Vanessa's villa: the location is really very nice, both in terms of interiors (spacious, comfortable, tidy and clean) and for outdoor spaces (immense green spaces, well cared for, with all comforts and fully accessible): pool, relaxation area, tennis court, green expanses widely appreciated by all of us and anke from our dog who was free to move in green spaces and completely fenced. Wonderful place for a family to stay. Thomas was very friendly and responsive. The check in was very smooth and the parking space is also very nearby. The apartment is 30 mins away from Venice via car. Would definitely come back. Only downside was the bathrooms didn't have a lock. Apart from that everything else was perfect.
