Great place, close to bus and the university. Markets and restaurants are within walking distant. David is very responsive and helpful. The neighbourhood is safe and nice.

Barbara is very welcoming and very accommodating. The space was what we needed for a couple nights near Elkhart.

Lovely hosts, clean apartment, good location. She also had pretty quick communication when we couldn’t get into the door at first.

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever rented in terms of wonderful, kind hosts, kid friendly environment for our toddler, wonderful atmosphere, and clean, inviting space! Fern went above and beyond with communication and making sure we were comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place 110%!

Matthew was a polite and helpful host. He offered us a grill right off the bat, and then was really flexible about our possibly extending our stay. He followed up with us prior to our stay ending and wished us well. I really enjoyed the house itself. It was conveniently located to gas, fast food, and stores. Truly a pleasure from booking to check-out. Everything was easy...which says a lot for this tech-challenged Mom. The house and accommodations were cozy and comfortable, cute and clean, and perfect for our needs. Great easy distance to Notre Dame. Sweet quiet safe well-kept neighborhood. Loved the special touches of some complimentary treats, and small touches like house lights turned for our late arrival. Would go back again!!

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. Was a perfect weekend get away to visit with friends and the area!

The house was the ideal place for a visit to Notre Dame! Convenient to both campus and downtown South Bend through the Linq, 900 feet from the best pizza in the Michiana area at Rocco's, and very walkable to Irish Commons as well, we loved the location. The home itself is also clean, comfortable, and a true home away from home. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it. Go Irish!

Ruthanne was beyond helpful and attentive.

The Magnolia was a beautiful place. My only concern was the front door window, anyone could see inside if they wanted too. Maybe tint the window? Other than that it was a perfect stay.

The condo was perfect! It met my expectations. The amenities were great. Will stay there again in the future. Rebecca even contacted me the day of check out to let me know that I had forgotten something and arranged for family to pick it up. Thanks Rebecca! Much appreciated!

The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

The pictures really do not do this place justice! Clean, well appointed, and a perfect view of the lake! Walking distance to downtown Culver. Will definitely stay again!
