Thanks for a lovely stay. Easy to entertain the kids and loved the highchair and plastic kitchenware for the kids. Great location and easy walk to beach, kids park, restaurants and shops. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to try the outdoor pool but hopefully we'll be back when it's warmer. Thanks again

We had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is perfect for 2 families, the outdoor space is great with pool , cubby house and trampoline for the kids and a great lounge area for the adults. Not to forget the table tennis for fierce battles between adults and kids! The location is great, easy to walk to shops and a short drive to beaches in Balnarring, Somers or Point Leo. Communication with Chantel was easy, friendly and prompt. We hope to be back!

What a beautiful little hideaway. Ann and her husband met us on arrival and welcomed us. Providing great local knowledge so we could make the most out of our stay. The accommodation was immaculate. Tea and coffee and some sneaky chocolates left for us to enjoy. Very clean and tidy.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

This house is a hidden gem in San Remo. The house is so cosy and comfortable, we had an enjoyable long weekend there. The pool is electrically heated so as to make your stay even more comfortable. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Chris is an exceptional host. We have stayed at a few AirBnbs but Chris’ apartment was definitely a favourite. Located at the Silverwater Resort in Phillip Island, there are lots of things to do, and I highly recommend a small family or couple stay at this apartment. It came with even the smaller things, tea and coffee, salt and pepper which can be hard to come by at some places. The apartment itself is very clean and tidy, there is a washer dryer combo which was good to have also. Both the bedrooms had a TV with youtube and Netflix. It was very easy to communicate with Chris as he was very responsive. Highly recommend! We shall be back. Thanks so much, Chris!

Everything was more than perfect about this property as well as the host. The house was super clean with amazing pool, swing was such an add on for my morning coffee. Very clean house. The kids room was the highlight as we had two toddlers who spent so much time on kids room as there was endless toys available for them to stay busy. Would highly recommend the property as well as host who was super responsive and helpful on every request/query.

Jennifer's home was a dream for our group with the kids and adults loving the heated pool and sitting around chatting in the living areas. We loved every moment of our long weekend away. The kitchen was well equipped and the supply of clean linen, towels and pool towels was immaculate.

We couldn’t fault this place. Everything about it was perfect! My family had such a wonderful and relaxing time. Plenty to do here. They’ve thought of everything! Accommodated everyone comfortably and catered to everyone’s needs. Beds were clean and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen, outdoor dining, outdoor gaming room, swimming pool, bbq area, walking track just out the back, minute’s from the beach and I could go on…. Lol. It has everything you would need for a great time away. Kim and the team were a great help whenever we needed something, they were very responsive. Responded straight away. Definitely would visit here again! ❤️

We stayed at Joanne’s place previously and loved our stay so much we couldn’t wait to come back, so we did! Our stay the second time around was just as blissful. Joanne’s home is beautiful, roomy, clean and with all the amenities you could need to be comfortable and enjoy your holiday. Joanne is always communicative and responsive. The location really is super special and the perfect spot for adventures and is amongst nature, but also only a short drive to dining and shops. Our kids have loved each stay and we’re looking forward to coming back hopefully in the near future. Thanks again Joanne.

We had such a wonderful stay at the surf side serenity house! The house was just stunning inside and even more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The fact that there were three living spaces was great considering we were staying with family, as well as the two bathrooms and separate toilet for the second bathroom was helpful. We had a little trouble opening the key safe when we first arrived but the host was there within 5 minutes to help us out and we could not fault anything with the house or the process.
