The apartment was really well equipped and comfortable. Easy parking and easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, supermarket and shops.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cowes. The location of the apartment was perfect - directly behind the shops and the beach. We could walk to dinner and avoid the holiday traffic. The apartment was clean, warm and an easy place for a family of 5 to stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when we return to Phillip Island.

Katie’s place is exactly what you need if you’re looking for comfort, convenience and a budget friendly stay! It’s warm, comfortable and beautifully styled whilst also being walking distance to the beaches, parks, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend, a fantastic apartment equipped with everything! Beautiful bed linen, bathrooms and kitchen both well stocked as is the lounge and dining room with great big table, two balconies and roof top deck, we wish we could have stayed longer. Perfectly positioned with great cafes, restaurants and Wooli pub and Bang Bang on the doorstep, a short walk to beaches and everything else a short drive away.

We stayed for couple of days and were provided with everything we wanted. We didn’t have to contact Grace, as all the instructions were provided beforehand. The view from bedroom and living room was breathtaking and that’s what you looking for during a staycation. House was very clean and tidy, situated in a great location closer to San Remo town centre. Thanks Grace for this lovely apartment.

Sharon was incredibly responsive and helpful. Her apartment was incredibly clean and well organised. Had a basic kitchen with a small stove top which was fine for two people. Extremely close to all the shops and May street of Cowes. On the beach front. Easy to access with clear check in instructions. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay , surprisingly bigger than I thought. Clean , tidy and furniture was very comfy .Great location to restaurants and take ways .

My kids and I had such a lovely stay here. The kids said it felt like they were at home :) So lovely to be able to walk for yummy coffee and a lovely time at a beautiful beach. There were so many amazing toys and things for the kids to do at the apartment. Thanks for the scooters and wetsuits! Thanks for having us Amy, we will be back again.

Excellent place to stay. Roomy, very comfortable furniture and everything that you would have in your own kitchen is there to use. 5 minutes at most to San Remo. Italian and Thai restaurants were very nice eating also. 15 minutes gets you to anywhere on Phillip Island. Took our 2 dogs who loved the beaches and outdoor cafe lifestyle. First floor apartment so our older dog struggled with the stairs.

We had an incredibly relaxing and comfortable stay at Jenny's unit! Everything you need for a simple couples getaway. Clean and tidy, kitchen well equipped, plenty of movies and games too. Only a few minutes walk to Bay beach and you can hear the waves from the courtyard at night which is lovely. Great spot for a little rest and recharge, thank you Jenny we had an amazing Easter

Great place to stay - perfectly positioned within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, stores and supermarket, and directly opposite the beach. Unit has everything you need. If you like a dark room to sleep in you may need to bring a sleeping mask as the bedroom has a large round window that doesn’t have a blind on it - outdoor lighting shines all night! And bed is very VERY soft. Otherwise a great choice for a short stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was easy to access with clear and simple instructions, and the location is unbeatable—right across from a lovely grassy playground. It’s such a bonus for families; we could sit out on the deck with a coffee and watch the kids play safely in view. The kids couldn't get enough of the jumping pillow! The space itself is well set up with everything you need. The kitchen has great cooking facilities, the bathroom is clean and modern, and the smart TV with YouTube and Netflix kept everyone happy. The real standout, though, is the access to amenities—the pool is amazing, and there is even a games room and gym. The beds are on the firmer side, and can hear noise from neighbouring apartments, but this didn't worry us. George was an incredible host, incredibly helpful and accommodating. This is honestly one of the best place for families—we’d absolutely recommend it and would love to stay again.

Phil is incredibly kind and responsive, always proactive to provide instructions and available to answer questions. We really appreciate the assistance Phil provided throughout the stay. If we thinking going to Cowes again, we will absolutely pick Phil’s place again and we do recommend this beautiful place to anyone who planning to visit Phillip Island.
