The farm covers an area of 120 acres, away from the hustle and bustle, suitable for families and friends to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday here. The house has a floor area of 500 square meters, with a 4.2 meter high ceiling living room, oversized floor to ceiling windows, spacious and bright, the entire house has a perfect view of the pastoral and tranquil seaside. Each bedroom has a different view, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, 3 single, sleeps 8 guests, extra beds can be requested if there are more people. Don't worry about the weather, there is air conditioning, especially for guests, all equipped with down duvets. If you want to use the fireplace, you need to book it in advance when you book the house. Each bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling cloakroom, spacious and bright, well laid out, good privacy, two separate bathrooms and separate toilets, convenient and comfortable, with a regular bathtub. Super large ocean view balcony, the view is very beautiful and special, you can eat and dance on the balcony. There's a ping-pong room in the house. Outdoor BBQ grill (GAS) Open kitchen, two island counters, complete with utensils, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, water heater, air fryer, rice cooker. The amazing 290-degree super sea view master bedroom, floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious bathroom are the best choice for a relaxing holiday. You need to take a special passage to the beach, go straight out the farm gate and turn left. The audio-visual room is equipped with a projector (Samsung), which needs to be booked in advance. Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.

Not only will you love the tranquillity and ease of access to tourist attractions, we are 6.8km from the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and within 5 mins of the beaches, cafes, wineries & great bushwalking. We have two Air BNB's with approx 20m between them at the rear (see photos) with access to both from the shared driveway.

7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamperon arrival, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.
