Iñaki and his wife Ana are wonderful hosts! All correspondence was fast and clear. The “loft” unit is clean and has beautiful views of the garden and pool area. We really enjoyed having our pups along with us and Iñaki and his whole family made us feel welcome. The location is perfect too, it combines pastoral views with the proximity of being downtown within 30 minutes, drive or tram ride. We used both means of transportation and have to say that the tram was easier because parking in downtown Bilbao was quite stressful. We give our experience at the “loft” 5 stars because this was a place where we really felt at home. Thanks for a great time!

Our stay at this place was really great! Especially the help of Santi, one of the co-host, was amazing. He helped us with a lot of useful tips and was super helpful all the time. He made us really feel like home with some little amenities and his friendly manner. The location is really cool because of the garden which is directly accessible and which has a great view over San Sebastian. Even though one has to walk up the hills after a visit in the city, the centre is super close and easy to access. We would definitely come back.
