Hello, after researching many alternatives in Sapanca, we decided on Dut Sapanca. The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

The house was very clean and convenient. It was as stated in the photos. Tolunay Bey's father was very interested, thanks to him. We used the hot pool on a very snowy day, it was a great experience, would definitely recommend it The temperature of the house and the temperature of the pool were also very good, and we even lowered the setting. We had an unforgettable stay at Mr. Hakan’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. One of the highlights of our stay was the warm pool—it was the perfect temperature, making it so enjoyable to swim. Whether it was a refreshing dip in the morning or a peaceful swim in the evening, it added so much to our experience. The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking! Sipping coffee in the morning, the scenery was truly mesmerizing. The combination of the peaceful surroundings and the gorgeous landscape made our stay extra special. Mr. Hakan is an incredible host—welcoming, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality and thoughtful touches made our trip even better. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed with 5 families and 1 small child, there were still rooms we did not use, Mr. Batur was very interested from the first moment, he responded very quickly to all our questions. The house was very clean and tidy. The pool was clean and large enough. The ingredients in the kitchen were sufficient. We had a very pleasant and beautiful holiday, thank you 🤩😇

Great host. Very responsive. Place is even better than what the photos describe, garden is spacious and cosy. Common area, kitchen and restrooms require a little bit of touch up. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

It was an extremely enjoyable stay, the kitchen & rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy. It was centrally located. It was pleasant to spend time in the garden and the view was peaceful. The host answered our questions in a short time, it was a very pleasant experience, we would like to come back as a team, and we definitely recommend it.

We had a perfect 2 days as a family with our large group of friends. Mr. Halil is very caring and friendly. He made us feel at home. He took care of everything until we checked out. The beds, sheets, towels were immaculately ready. The general cleaning of the house was great. There is wifi smart TV. It is impressive in the view of Sapanca Lake from the 2nd floor of the villa. The pool was very clean and warm. The children and we had a lot of fun. The pool is beautiful at night. The villa is in a great place in terms of location, 15 minutes from Ormanya, Kartepe,Sapanca. 5 minutes away from the market, pastry shop, etc. It was a pleasure to hike in the forest in the fresh air. Thank you very much for all friends. We saved good memories. Hope to see you again...

Mr. Erkan communicated very well with us from the moment we made the reservation. The house was clean and tidy as it looked in the pictures. The pool temperature was extremely good. The use of the hot tub, the garden, the barbecue were all enjoyable. The only thing missing about the house was the lack of sleeping equipment for 5 people, but we talked about it. I think they will consider it for the future. It is in a good location in terms of proximity to Kartepe and the Istanbul road. However, having a few factories around may cause problems for those with asthma problems.

The apartment we rented for the weekend was literally great. First, the view was breathtaking and offered a perfect setting for relaxing. The house was extremely clean and the items in it were quite high quality, which made me feel like I was in my own home.
