Anfitrião muito atencioso, nos recebeu prontamente, orientou sobre tudo sobre o apartamento e nos deixou à vontade como se estivéssemos em casa. Apartamento perfeito, tudo novo e em perfeito funcionamento. Roupas de cama e banho excelentes. Extrapolou nossas expectativas. Indicaremos com certeza!

Proprietari super-gentili, flessibili e sempre disponibili! L'appartamento è molto vicino alla stazione, al centro città e pure il lungomare non è lontano. È una piccola casa ma perfetto per 1-2 persone e molto moderno e pulito. C'è tutto - snacks, acqua nel frigo, spazzolino, ecc. Sono rimasta molto contenta e se io tornassi a Bari prenoterei di nuovo da Barbara e Antonio!

Lino estuvo siempre en contacto, nos espero para el check in aunque mí vuelo se retraso. Departamento cómodo con todo lo necesario. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren ( 4 cuadras) y a 10/15 minutos a pie del casco histórico. Muy recomendable. Gracias por todo

L'appartamento è una casa signorile molto elegante e ristrutturata con eleganza. È proprio nella zona di Bari vecchia quindi in prossimità di tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Monica è una host gentile e reattiva. Tutto perfetto e corrispondente alle foto caricate sul sito.

Ottima la posizione, e le indicazioni fornite dall'host. La casa era pulita e i servizi indicai erano effettivamente presenti.

I had a wonderful stay at Pietro and Patrizia’s apartment. They made me feel very welcome, even picking me up from the train station and offering great tips on where to eat and visit. The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or couple, with a spacious layout and everything I needed. It was clean and cozy, and they provided drinks and breakfast snacks, which was a nice touch. While there’s no window, the door lets in plenty of light. It was quiet at night and the bed was cozy. I’d also suggest reducing single-use plastic items for a more sustainable touch, but overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s cozy, quiet, and conveniently close to Bari Centrale for easy travel. a magnificent historic property fully modernized. immediate parking. perfectly centered and walkable everywhere, pharmacy, dentist, city hall and of course the Patisseries and fabulous restaurants. Fabi is a gracious and responsive host. I'll be back for certain.

Wir waren 3 Nächte in diesem Apartment. Es war super sauber und modern. Wir hatten am ersten Abend leider kein warmes Wasser da der Strom für den Boiler ausgestellt war, aber Elisabetta hat super schnell reagiert und eine Lösung für uns gefunden. Das Apartment ist wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt und bietet einen sicheren Parkplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e luminoso. Quello che forse fa la differenza è la posizione perfetta per visitare Matera, a 5 minuti a piedi dai Sassi. Veramente ideale! Adriana è stata gentilissima e simpaticissima, ci sentiamo di ringraziarla per l'ottima esperienza!

Alojamiento precioso ,en pleno centro , vistas impresionantes , todo impecable . El desayuno nos lo dejaron en la puerta con productos caseros y típicos de la zona y pan calentito !!. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es gab sogar Wasser, Wein und Kaffee. Man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt, weil die Wohnung sehr gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Silvia war als Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel beim Check in. Bei Rückfragen hat sie immer hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Von der Wohnung aus kommt man gut zu Fuß in die Innenstadt oder auch zum Bahnhof. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen😊

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours chez Claudia. Son appartement est très propre et très bien équipé, avec beaucoup d'attentions agréables. Claudia est une hôte adorable et chaleureuse qui nous a conseillés de bons restaurants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

El apartamento es precioso, nuevo, limpio, espacioso, muy bien reformado, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Hemos estado muy cómodas. Había aparcamiento de zona azul (de pago) en la calle. Hemos estado cómodas. No había muchos restaurantes cerca, pero glovo llega perfectamente. Y con lo bonito que es el alojamiento lo podemos disfrutar mucho. La cocina está muy bien equipada también. Todo en general estaba limpio. La anfitriona respondía rapidísimo y nos ayudó siempre que lo necesitamos. Excelente lugar.

The apartment is brand new and cozy. Everything you need is available. Oven, hobs, large fridge. The bathroom is very interesting. It is located in a quiet street in the city. Parking is free on the street in front of the apartment. It is entered directly from the street and is via self check-in with an access chip. There are several bakeries around and a shop, and a pizzeria next door. The communication with the host is excellent and he answers all questions quickly. I recommend!

Wonderful location, breathtaking city, unique stay combining the ancient with modern luxuries and a lovely host. Host was always responsive and helpful especially with our last minute request for the nearby secure parking garage. Garage attendees were expecting us and so friendly. Spacious accommodation with easy, secure access mere steps from the heart of Matera. A delicious complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe was also greatly appreciated. Lovely, friendly staff serving divine pastries, sandwiches and coffees! Matera is not to be missed and staying in a cave apartment, with a hot tub as well, was a once in a lifetime experience!!

L'appartement est très bien placé à proximité de l'aéroport, très propre et spacieux. Floriana nous a bien indiqué la marche à suivre pour notre arrivée tardive le soir, ce qui a facilité notre entrée dans les lieux (nous n'avions jamais fait une arrivée autonome auparavant).

Ottimo appartamento in palazzo di nuova costruzione. Comodo per due persone ma anche 3. Tutto perfetto e pulito. Ampio terrazza con vasca idromassaggio da sfruttare nei mesi caldi. Consigliatissimo.
