Super-kind, flexible and always available owners! The apartment is very close to the station, the city center and even the promenade is not far away. It's a small house but perfect for 1-2 people and very modern and clean. There's everything - snacks, water in the fridge, toothbrush, etc. I was very happy and if I went back to Bari I would book again with Barbara and Antonio!

Lino was always in touch, he waited for us for check-in even though my flight was delayed. Comfortable apartment with everything you need. It is very close to the train station (4 blocks) and a 10/15 minute walk to the historic center. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything

I had a wonderful stay at Pietro and Patrizia’s apartment. They made me feel very welcome, even picking me up from the train station and offering great tips on where to eat and visit. The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or couple, with a spacious layout and everything I needed. It was clean and cozy, and they provided drinks and breakfast snacks, which was a nice touch. While there’s no window, the door lets in plenty of light. It was quiet at night and the bed was cozy. I’d also suggest reducing single-use plastic items for a more sustainable touch, but overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s cozy, quiet, and conveniently close to Bari Centrale for easy travel. a magnificent historic property fully modernized. immediate parking. perfectly centered and walkable everywhere, pharmacy, dentist, city hall and of course the Patisseries and fabulous restaurants. Fabi is a gracious and responsive host. I'll be back for certain.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. It was super clean and modern. Unfortunately, we had no hot water on the first evening because the electricity for the boiler was turned off, but Elisabetta reacted super quickly and found a solution for us. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the center and offers a secure parking space. We will be happy to come back!

The stay was perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean and bright. What perhaps makes the difference is the perfect location for visiting Matera, a 5-minute walk from the Sassi. Really ideal! Adriana was very kind and very nice, we feel like thanking her for the great experience!

The house has a great location with amazing views from the balcony, making it perfect for staying a few more nights to fully experience the surroundings. Although we only stayed for one day due to our pre-arranged travel itinerary, we genuinely wished we could have extended our stay for several more days.

We had a very nice time in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. There was even water, wine and coffee. You felt right at home because the apartment is very cozily furnished. Silvia was very helpful as a host and flexible at check-in. If we had any questions, she always gave helpful tips. From the apartment you can easily walk to the city center or to the train station. We liked the apartment very much and felt very comfortable. We will return for sure😊

We stayed 4 days at Claudia's. The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped, with a lot of nice touches. Claudia is a lovely and warm host who recommended good restaurants to us. We'll be happy to go back!

We loved this place! we stayed there with three kids (they slept together on the two single beds we put together. The place was centraly located, very very clean, very cosy and the kitchen had everything we needed (plus coffee!!!). we definitely recommend, thank you!

The apartment is brand new and cozy. Everything you need is available. Oven, hobs, large fridge. The bathroom is very interesting. It is located in a quiet street in the city. Parking is free on the street in front of the apartment. It is entered directly from the street and is via self check-in with an access chip. There are several bakeries around and a shop, and a pizzeria next door. The communication with the host is excellent and he answers all questions quickly. I recommend!

Wonderful location, breathtaking city, unique stay combining the ancient with modern luxuries and a lovely host. Host was always responsive and helpful especially with our last minute request for the nearby secure parking garage. Garage attendees were expecting us and so friendly. Spacious accommodation with easy, secure access mere steps from the heart of Matera. A delicious complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe was also greatly appreciated. Lovely, friendly staff serving divine pastries, sandwiches and coffees! Matera is not to be missed and staying in a cave apartment, with a hot tub as well, was a once in a lifetime experience!!

Great apartment in a newly built building. Comfortable for two people but also 3. Everything was perfect and clean. Large terrace with hot tub to take advantage of in the warmer months. Highly recommended.
