From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the beautiful gardens, lovely long verandah and wonderful interior. The house was really comfortable and spacious. The garden was very dog friendly. The kitchen was excellent for home cooking and everything was tidy and clean. The games, books and puzzles were a great addition. There was plenty to do and we loved visiting wineries, the olive farm and local beaches. Andrew was a helpful and friendly host. We really enjoyed every moment and are already making plans to visit again. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Had a lovely weekend with my girlfriends. The house was perfect and walking distance to the shops and beach. Vicki was a great host and the check in was super easy!

This is an incredible nice place, we enjoyed staying here very much! Everywhere is nice and clean. The host was very nice and friendly. There’s everything we need, kitchen, bathroom, all the accessories you can find, just like home. I would come again next time if I come to Mornington! Super good!

We had a great time. Penny is a great host and the place is great for exploring the peninsula. The location is perfect, only minutes walk to all the amenities including a local library, cinema, various shops and lovely beaches. Our puppy loved going to the beach and played in the water. Penny’s place is great value for money. The people in town were just so friendly to us. I highly recommend Penny’s place.

We very much enjoyed this retro beach shack. The balcony and views were exceptional with the shore and very private beach just across the road. Was quiet time to visit. Loved having the pool table. Great place to unwind and relax with furry friends. Will definitely visit again.

We loved our 2 night stay. Unfortunately we didn't bring our pooch as planned but know that she would have loved it as much as the kids did! The house was super clean and had everything we needed, and the location was amazing!

My family had the most amazing stay at Mel’s house. Everything was set up perfectly and there was so many tv areas for the kids and us parents to use. Our dog Harlie was safe and had so much room outside. The house was so clean and everything worked perfectly. We will definitely book again!

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

Honestly our best Air BnB experience to date. Fantastic property, with fantastic hosts. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and plenty to do! I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location, awesome house for humans and pets. I had a lot of fun taking the dogs for a run on the beach which was 1-2 mins walk from the house. Karen is also super responsive, she is an exceptional host.

Another amazing stay at Marnie’s lovely beach home. Marnie is an excellent host, the check-in process is a breeze and communication is timely and effective. Location is so handy and my family and I always feel at home there. Will be back!

Saltwater Villa exceeded our expectations in so many areas. It has lots of living spaces, good sized bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The house is a classic example of art deco architecture and is furnished sympathetically with lovely inclusions. We were a group of 7 and everyone loved the house. Tamara is very responsive. I am hoping we will return one day.

Such a an amazing property that housed 13 of us girls for a nice weekend getaway. Very lavish and modern feel. Lots of restaurants and cafes only few minutes drive away. And not too far from the pier and beach. Only wish that the pool was more bigger to be swimmable, although it was very nicely heated. We had to move all the rubbish from the previous hens party (assuming it was the previous weekend) in the bins to the curb on our last day, which was inconvenient because we barely had enough space for any of our rubbish. Had to take a few bags home. But besides that, we would definitely come to stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were looking for a relaxing holiday where we could quickly unwind, and the house and surrounds did not disappoint. Having both the beach and pool was perfect for our family, and we especially enjoyed that we didn’t feel the need to leave the property to entertain ourselves. The house had plenty of space for everyone, so we could each enjoy some quiet time when needed. Overall, this has been one of our most enjoyable stays. Thank you!

literally has everything for adults and kids alike, and is relatively close to family friendly activactivities and the beach it a stones throw from the property.

We had a great stay (4 adults, toddler and baby). For our group the house was child friendly on a quiet street with a large shaded out door area. We made use of the extremely well stocked kitchen and bbq. A short walk down to the beach and great little coffee caravan. Would recommend

The place was lovely with very comfortable beds (and pillows! I need one of those pillows). Plenty of room for the family. And the location was perfect. Easy stroll to beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend

Michael & Karen were lovely hosts. They made it clear their expectations of the house & gave instructions that were easy to follow. They had great communication with quick responses. Location 10/10, shops & beach were so close with a quick drive to Sorrento. The house itself was cosy and spacious. Upon arrival they had complimentary, tea, snacks and wine which was a really cute and nice gesture. Had a great stay, thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with my friends and I.

We loved our stay at back beach bungalow. It was cosy, clean and comfortable. Great location and close to gorgeous beaches - perfect for exploring.

Tony’s place was very spacious so there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The place was clean and had fresh linen on all of the beds. It’s only a short walk to the beach which was great.

We loved our stay at Maree's. Our toddler especially loved the pool which was the perfect temperature, not too cold. Everyone loved the retro arcade machine. The place is very private with a beautiful garden, and lovely tall fences for maximum privacy. It would really suit two couples travelling together as a place to chill. Maree is very responsive and helpful with recommendations of what to do locally.

This is a beautiful home with unparalleled peace and calm; a lifetime could pass sitting quietly and watching sunsets over the ocean… :) Mark was an incredibly kind, responsive and gracious host. Thanks for all.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The hosts went above and beyond by providing lots of thoughtful extras like fresh towels, body wash, and even some sweet Easter goodies, which was such a lovely surprise. We truly enjoyed our time and will definitely be back again!
